Hi everyone,
So a key to a great PER is to do the following with each competency:
1, Describe what you do and why you do it (situation)
2, state your responsibilities
3, say what you have done to achive point number one above
4, state the outcome of your actions and the impact on the company (results)
5, state the proficiency level of your competency (intermediate level, advanced or expert level)
