Always good value stuff ideal for the more casual DIY'er. Only issue I have is that the 12v batteries are never in stock despite the tools being available. The 12v hedge cutter is great.

A thing that really annoys me is when people rip open packing when one has already been opened. I see it time and time again in the centre isle.
