    How much do you pay per month for that coaching you go to? They tell you to lift weights and destroy your back?

      @@ADRENALINE1009 If You want to get maximum benefits from training, don't lift weights, stick to calisthenics. don't train with your back bent like that, bend your legs if you have to get lower.
