thanks for the review JF. despite your height that would make you to obvioulsy prefer the Trail version, what version of Leoncino do you suggest in terms of fun, stability, etc...especially for who is 175cm tall? I think the 19inch front wheel could change the behaviour from the standard leoncino version. thanks in advance for any feedback
Thank you very much. excellent review, keep on being subjective, always say your opinion. its the only way to find the truth about motorcycles... ride safe.
Hi, Can you please tell me how this bike compares to the Fantic caballero 500cc, I think they will be around the same price so would be interesting to see the differences?
Hi Frederick. Yes somehow they got to the Czech Republic pretty early. Also we got the Benelli TRK502X already and I am working on the review too. This time of the year it is really dry here. Some days around 35 degrees celsius, it is very difficult to keep focus while recording reviews haha. Where are you from?
i like this bike very much,i like it more than the new 800.i ride 25 years, all kinds of bikes.i dont want something very powerfull now,but i m afraid if the horsepower is too little for me,otherwise i love it
Good review. Switching between 2 cameras are a nice touch. Would you recommend an after market seat for more comfort or a cowel or small screen for highway use.....🤔 my first impression sitting on bike. That seat is hard!
I just realized the new Benelli Models TRK und Leoncino some days ago. Very nice design including a good price. And the Trail Version is perfect for taller guys. Just one question...resale will not be easy, at least in North of Europe.
Hi Sam. Thanks for the comment. And where are you? I guess Benelli have quite OK network of dealers around Europe, doesn't have? Let me know if I can help :)
JF Motorcycles no in northrhine westphalia in germany you have to travel a lot for a dealer..it is because no one knows about benelli.. at least in germany
Damnit......missed out on this review. Would've considered this before getting my Kawasaki Z900rs early this year. No regret but at that price it's really really worth considering.
It's a trail or semi trail bike and the reviewer didn't take it off-road?? I'm interested in buying one would love to see how it compares to the Himalaya, anyone has one, I'm a bit nervous about the Chinese build.
I did not have really a problem with mine 1.93 cm. In the class of Scramblers it is really above the average for taller people. Only Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled is coming to my mind, which is higher and way better in offroad. But twice more expensive.
Hi there, so good review. I am between the Honda 500f and this one. When I saw this one trial version, I think that it will be my motorcycle for every days, and now more capable to go off road. Can yo tell how will it goes or road? For example, the radiator looks to exposed. Thanks for your information m thanks
I really want to see your riding position, especially your knee & legs position since I'm also 193cm & 97Kg... do you have any photo on some website? or maybe blogs or something?
here's the problem; it's called cb500f... the cb costs the same as this (actually costs 200€ less here, according to the manufacturers websites) and it's lighter, and more powerful (just 0.4hp lol), and it's a "honda vs a chinese bike" ... it is very hard to recommend this one over the CB...i guess the deciding factor would have to be the looks
Hi Guys, I am now workin on the review of the new TRK502X. It will be nice, more detailed review. Also I may create the comparison video (TRK502 with CB500X) soon.

I will like to see the differences in manufacture (the small details, not the evident ones) between the X and the regular 502.
JF Motorcycles : thanks a lot, it’s appreciated, but, i just realized that they don’t sell Benelli motorcycles in Canada. Cheers from Montreal! Keep on your great videos 👍🏼
Kabul Budiansyah : a Rebel 500 is a very different bike as its a custom bike with very very low seat height But still a great bike if you love custom bike style 😎
Not a bad green laner but they definitely need to change the front mud guard design for off road. it does nothing and you'll fill the front with mud and crap then cook the engine
Hello. I would rather Himalayan compare to Benelli TRK502X. Himalayan is significantly slower (you would feel like twice slower), way lighter and more agile in offroad. It is also cheaper and use less complicated technology of air-cooled SOHC engine. 502X is besides all also better for traveling with a pillion. On 502X you can easily travel 100 - 130 km/h, on Himalayan it will be rather 60 - 100 km/h most of time.
yeah the Himalayan couldn't pull you out of bed in the morning 24bhp in fact 20something bhp I think is poor for a 400cc "supposedly modern bike"! at least power wise this is up there at the A2 limit! might be a little dearer to buy, but I bet it'll hold value better than the REH. I'd even guess that the second hand Himalayan will be worth £100s/e100s/$100s rather than in the 1000s in 3 or 4 years, possibly unlike the Benelli Leoncino scramler! ride safe
Wtf you are talking about=? every dude that i watch watched is pretty small. Im fat fuck 112kg 187cm and it's pain in the ass for me to find proper bike or car
Made in China!!!! The fact that resale on this bike is so bad... indicating all. Quality of frame and welding 😆👎 ... and this “ thing” on front fender 😫... just buy self used proper bike for 5k!!!
The review we've all been waiting for. Thank you!! :)
Great! You're welcome. Now the Benelli TRK 502 X review is in process. This will include some off-road.
Great review and thanks for detailing the difference between the road and trail versions.
Thats how to do a review clear and concise unlike most of the other drawn out loose the will to live! reviews. Well done “At Last”
I love the way that bike sounds. If only they would sell them in the US!
If you are commuting every day on low quality greek roads you are going to admire the 19 inch front even on road.
For sale in Australia yet. Good round tow, weekend bike. Good quality at a reasonable price - value for money.
I love the look of this bike, great review.
Thank you! I am happy you enjoyed.
Fantic Rally is the more beautiful competition...even more unheard of...
Yeah,but 3000€ more,here in Greece
Nice review mate. Interesting bike. Respect from Scotland.
Thank you! I am really glad you like it. Btw. the Benelli TRK 502 X review is coming soon.
Great review, can't wait for an off road part. Thanks.
I own one and I love it.
Can you give a long term review?
Hello. Do you know the fuel consumption? Thanks. Ride safe

I am seriously on the brink of ordering one
Great review, and I would love to see that bike in the US.
There are two for sale at WOW Motorcycle in Marietta. Ga
Did you have the chance to try the upcoming Royal Enfield 650 "Interceptor" twin? I am curious because of the announced Himalayan 650.
Thank you very much. excellent review, keep on being subjective, always say your opinion. its the only way to find the truth about motorcycles... ride safe.
Hi Armen, thank you for the kind words. I definitely share the same approach. Ride safe too :)
Really good review and most of all a lot driving skills 👍🏻 the cool Scott jacket you are wearing. Does it have a name?
How does it compare to the Honda CL500? I wonder 🤔...
Hi, Can you please tell me how this bike compares to the Fantic caballero 500cc, I think they will be around the same price so would be interesting to see the differences?
I never thought I would ever buy a chinese bike!!! but the time has come!
Benelli is Italian right ?

Great review...makes me want one. Except they don't sell them here, yet. Also, looks pretty dry there, is there a drought?

When I sit on the bike, my feet feels awkward because the foot pegs are a bit further upfront which isn't very sporty. That is my only complaint.

people said "the screw will come out after hundred miles" do you see it !
Hi, what was the service interval prescribed by Benelli?
Are you sure it weights 200 kgs? in my country it says it weight 170 kgs dry, so the kerb weight must be around 185 or so.
How much does it weigh? Does it feel heavy compared to other 500ccs?
Damnit......missed out on this review. Would've considered this before getting my Kawasaki Z900rs early this year. No regret but at that price it's really really worth considering.

Totally reliable. Said NOBODY, EVER, when talking about a Benelli... hahhahhahaaa
Really nice video. Greetings from Hungary ✌️😁
Good review and a really cool bike.
If you had to choose this bike or SV650 for weekend riding and a bit of fun?
Hey, baba, can compare the Leoncino and Ducati srambler ? Just by feelings,... not technicaly....
Wonder if you would get bored of a bike with that power over the long term?
Is that area near Kutna Hora?
Hi there, good review. Just a question, is the wire spoke rims on the trail version tubeless or still needs the tube. Thanks
I wonder if it's something you could daily ride?
What would be great choice this or the z650 Kawasaki.?
nice review. take it off-road. try some long-term test as well.
do you think is it okay for a rider height 177 cm? and do you have any long term reliability opinion about this bike? Thanks, great review btw.
How's the reliability of it?
Great review, great ride!

Nice work

Is this be good bike for college students? (at least 1 person) low bike user!?
By the way *RESPECT AND LOVE FROM INDIA* 🇮🇳
How about speedo accuracy, did you test it with gps?
Hi how does it compare to a Honda CB500X? Better bike; more fun to ride? Benelli are reliable bikes or not ?
I think the Benelli TRK502 or TRK502-X would be the better comparison to the CB500X, given that they're both adventure bikes.

Sorry one question how tall are you?
1.93cm
Why are most reviewers abnormally tall? ( above 190cm) It makes it harder to assess comfort for the majority of riders.
Because otherwise they wouldnt be able to test gigantic bikes like the BMW GS 1250.
are you kidding? most reviewers are either 175 - 185 cm tall... we, tall people community, need more reviewers above 190cm!!
@@tianstn2891 Not kidding. A lot usually begin with highlighting they are so tall!

These are not axially mounted calipers.
It’s made in China looks great and sounds great but I will be amazed if it stands the test of time China always makes things cheaper
great aside from the crap "music" which ruined it
I like it, but if it was Japanese I would be interested in buying.
How tall in feet are you?
Easily gets rust on most exterior parts

14500 euros in israel

How can you review a Trail motorcycle without taking it off road?
benelli is made in china so it is guaranteed to have a better gearbox than an italian bike
China makes exactly what the Italians tell them to make.
