- Since I'm already lv60, clearing this was easy, even though I had to use a very poorly upgraded Vargas. Also, the strategy has not been optimized yet. This was my first attempt, and it was a clear. I'll have to improve for the lv60 and 65 versions :)
For the lv60/65 versions, Vargas should be stationed beside Bernhardt when unbreakable guardian is down, so keep Bernhardt alive.

Yeah i dont gave liana so cant. Deal more dmg. At lvl 55 can weaken it to 10 k hp

You can use a level 20 lancer Rogha without gears to attack from range (behind Valkyrie's head) to safely transform Valkyrie to lancer and let her attack your infantry on her turn

Thanks, your video realy helped me. I dont have bernhardt so i used elwin instead. I suggest to use bone rhino on leon, he perfectly works as glass canon.
Was able to do this with spear Alte using my Ledin's gear. Also used Luna and Tiarsis, the former was only useful for turning the valk into an archer for bonus melee damage, and Tiarsis provided some utility via attack blessing and buff from miracle.
Next time I'll bring something other than Luna (Liana/Sophia)

BTW, she's not immune to fixed damage so using Freya as lancer (my Vargas is Gladiator/infantry) works wonders, especially once you've unlocked her second path ability "Iron Rose". Items that deal fixed damage also help.
Yeah this game is all about having Leon. If you don't then you can't do much
I didn't take Leon cause everyone has it, i kinda hate the mainstream. Now I hate myself, lol
you can also do this temple with pure Princess team
So I am lv 60. The only problem dont have Bern and Elwin. For Empire I have these characters: Leon, Vargas, Leonhardt, Lance and other sr empire members. So how should do it without Bern and Elwin?
I actually like this mode better than dragons. No mobs to contend with. Just an all out fight against an epic boss that brings new layers of strategy in battle. I actually need to take until turn 7 to finish the valkyrie, which forces an all-in scenario with the safe zones turning into fire that can instantly kill any unit that ends turn on it.
What you could actually do on this version is skip sword. You just hammer it
Each turn with leon, and put a lancer next to it to beat on because it is cavalry all the time.
My leon is not as well enchanted as yours, but this worked easily.
Not so sure if this would work with the 60 or 65 versions. But you could also alternate swordsmen so one can attack while the other heals up

But I'm setting up the strategy for when I fight the higher level versions, and need the class advantage bonuses!
You need leon in this game or you cant perform well on the challenges.
I'm lvl 55 now my units are more of 50-53 range, my units are being 1 shotted by the aoe and later in the turns the zones become flames, so I have to focus on leveling up my units first?
Yes and focus on training ground too.

Barb Freya does a lot of fixed damage against this boss (lvl 55) and should be considered
Level 60 and I cannot even come close to these missions. :(

another cavalry like Dietharte & Laird could work, so you can keep using the wpn triangle of infantry > Lancer > cavalry.
There's also people who mentioned using Elwin to easily handle it.
This 55 version honestly isn't too hard though. It's 60 and especially 65 that will be rough.

Yea, I'm starting to realize that they want you to level up a team of every faction. First GWs, and now these temples.
Having a team of every faction also really helps for timeless trial.
For example, I'm focusing on leveling up a princess team of Freya + Liffany + Luna + Lana to make some of the timeless trial maps easier.
@@Nitroglycerine I made the mistake giving myself a challenge. i'm only using the ladies. When you actually need a sword hero, like now... it's a serious hurdle.
Will try Angelina as a sword hero. But ofc it's not really optimal. And i need to do some investment first.

Unfortunately my Varna isn't well off currently so she dies if I don't keep her on the top middle heal tile. xD)
@@itonieshi For me, the problem comes down to bonds. As in, I have no keys to put into another team. I'm still trying to collect keys to level up my core character's ATK!
With free héroes, no all have león, liana, berthnard etc
You can use Rogha (become lancer) as suggest or use
Emerick /Diehart(become calvary) with Move again to apply the same trick. but replace edwin/berhard with VArgas/freya to attack/counterattack

Rupture works. Lvl55 today. Huhu cant kill the valkyrie cant just dmg it leavibg 10k-5k health. Can survive up round 10 need morr dmg

yeah, my videos are all about a party based on older characters, with Leon as my main physical DPS.
There are others who do a legion of glory and/or princess party (i.e. Cherie main physical DPS), and others who do Yeless Legends.

Not a good idea, unless Elwin is a lancer.
Otherwise, using Elwin would mean slamming one of my infantry characters a cavalry class Valkyrie.
The whole point of Vargas (or Freya) is to guard Bernhardt when it is cavalry class after Leon's attack, and convert the Valkryie into lancer (so Bernhardt then gets class advantage on the Valkryie).
Most people (including me) have Elwin as infantry though ^_^
