Rather than doing a preview, then "Way to Build" video, I tried to put everything into this one! The big drawback of covering 2 heroes in 1 video, however, is that I have less space to use in my thumbnail!

I recall it being mentioned in Dango's AC video on Nidhogg that Yulia doesn't actually build HP, the reason being it makes sure that her self heals keep her HP above the threshold for her talent, making her harder to actually 'kill'
Isakarka So basically just focus on INT so she has less hp, making the thresholds easier right? Do we need to build up def or mdef at all?
That is an interesting concept and makes a lot of sense actually, for PvP, where you have that HP buff without any stat increases. So buff mdef and def and atk for survival + DMG while reducing HP buffs.
Unless you get that much of a HP boost in AC, healers always full heal in PvE. To neglect HP in general seems to be asking for your Yulia to have to trigger her revival earlier than necessary.
@@Nitroglycerine There's still the effective HP argument , the more def/mdef you have (and she has a decent amount at max lvl close to 300 it's just like flyier unit which are tanky) the more healing give you effective HP . A good balance is always important , but i think maximizing defensive stat might also be an option given her natural thoughness .
@@Boumhaar in pve though hp is necessary over def mdef stats. If you wanted to use her in higher content she would be too easy to one shot or two shot since pve usually is unfair against you.

You should add that she can't be one-shot *IF* her HP is above 70%. There is one match in CN Apex playoffs where Leonhardt actually managed to kill Yulia after attacking her a bunch.

Same, I kinda wish I saved up for her versus Clarett. This is exactly the type of character I want on my team! Anyone who can attack and heal like Racheal is a big plus.

Feels like omega is the one of these units that start out strong, but falls off a bit later, like clarett imo.
Overall, I agree. Because he doesn't apply any debuffs.
On the flip side, the fact he can consistently ignore guard is a nice plus. But you do have to:
- strike enemies above 70% HP
- know who you can and can't kill.
So... I guess it requires a lot of practice.
Maybe, but we didn't know his 3c skill and his special gear yet. He has so much potential that if those give him more dmg potential and more mobility, he will come back at the top
Yeah, I’m GETTING Yulia, even if I have to sell an arm and leg. So far, I’m at 167 voucher & 19,234 crystals (and counting). And when her EoL costumes is released, it’ll be the first and probably only time I spend nearly $300 on this game lol. I want Hiei, and Emilia too, but knowing this game, I can’t necessarily have my cake and eat it too. I would want to go for Yusuke, but I don’t have Evil Santa or Matthew FB to buff him up.

Nitro, I'm confused about your gear recommendation. If she's in Infantry, then she can't equip the Weapon. But if she's in Holy, then she can't wear the Armor you suggests.
Not exactly ledin is able to do the same thing with his weapons and armor he can wear both holy and infantry gear.
I am a big fan Nitro but your Yuliavideo is rly bad. First of all she does not want to have HP so the 70% Threshold is easyier to reach with her selfheal. Second she wants to be in her holyclass -> no heavy armor. Her best Weapon is Queenscepter followed by Bluemoon or Gift of Eternal Life. Armor is Goddess Dress, Helmet is Odins Battle Helmet, and Accesorie is Meditation Ring for PVP. Enchant is in 99% Breez
Actually, this should be the "PvP vs PvE" difference.
For PvP, you're aiming for a lower HP, Yulia that can revive multiple times, and you want breeze to counter her lack of mobility.
But in PvE, you don't want the revival to trigger if at all possible, and clocks is critical for damage output. Thus, my gear stands, especially given that the majority of players focus on PvE rather than PvP. Granted, your points are accuarte enough that I'll edit to the title to mention this is building a PvE Yulia.
The meditation ring vs holy ring option is ENTIRELY a choice between being silenced and immunity to fixed DMG. That one is far tougher to say which is BIS. With your build utilizing a low HP Yulia, I can see immunity to fixed DMG being even more important than immunity to silence for sustained damage output.
However, the points are valid enough I updated the title to mention my video is about a PvE Yulia, and I should do a PvP Yulia video in the future which mentions your gear suggestions!
@@Nitroglycerine The Meditation Ring is very important for her survival in PVP. Let us asume Bernhard attacks Yulia and kills her, then her passiv triggers and after that the Rupture triggers and kills her. Looking forward to your PVP Video. Congrats to the Langrisser in Apex

Hey Nitro Yulia best troop until Unicorn is released is definitely Zealots(basically masked maids without the recoil damage) which S2’s site doesn’t have listed as an option. Most of us in PVP already leveled them for her and because you typically have her in her holy class which I think actually has higher int but don’t quote me on that leading to use a build like
Gift of eternal life, goddess dress/Tenyo’s, Odin crown, and either the holy or becoming very popular in CN meditation ring (slightless int but no fixed damage)
that might be an error from the CN wiki actaully.
I think it lists amazon champions twice.
So 1 of them should of been zealots instead.
Nitro, how do you feel about Gate of Truth for Yulias weapon? I feel like it would be stronger than a few of the ones you mentioned as long as she's attacking.
Also, Gaea's helmet should be pretty solid for her, correct?
Im confused. Nitro you said her best class is the infantry class but you said "holy" so which one lol
Oops. This is late, but holy class is usually considered her class of choice because it is not vulnerable to anything (whereas infantry is vulnerable to cavalry).
Infantry has more usable heart bonds bonuses, but the INT value is the exact same for both classes.
In the end, however, for PvE, she could really be used in either class. And in PvP, an infantry Yulia could be a surprise against lancer tanks.
You forgot to mention that if yulia HP falls below the certain threshold, 95% at 3*
ALL of her talent is disabled, basically talentless

Honestly, it isn't in my opinion. You're looking at 5% INT vs 10 or 15%.
Yulia is meant to 1-shot targets, so you want maximum INT, not maximum support healing.
Nitroglycerine Yeah I thought so. I just wasn’t sure which one was. Most of the players I’ve seen in Dango’s Apex Arena vids use GoET for extra healing with only a few using Queen’s Sceptor.
@@carlospolk5033 I mean. It is possible a 6% Yulia could use 10% less INT and still potentially 1 shot enemies. Possibly anyways.
You're forgetting that Gift of Life is the accepted BiS for her since her whole kit is about healing and staying above 70% since she has SO MUCH damage up built in to her whole kit. Pretty much every CN build is focused on Gift
@@envoykrawkwarrior7 To be honest, I was under the expectation that she heals enough via her talent already, with the 30% DMG = heal, just like Elwin.
Does she really need that 2ndary extra heal, at the cost of 10% INT?
I mean, I'm not afraid to admit I'm wrong, but it just seems a bit surprising to me.
I suppose this is one of those things where experience shows which item is better? But I have to admit that it definitely throws me off a bit here.
For Omega Hydra's Bow could be usefull with Focused Snipe since it can apply debuff before attacking

Just want to mention that the video is rather out of date as Yulia CANNOT equip both types of armors at the same time like Ledin, so the gear choice is rather limited to holy if you are tied to Int related weapon.
Not really out of date. Instead, it's about which class you have her in.
I suppose I could do an update video covering her gear for the 2 classes though, but honestly... it feels a bit unnecessary ^_^;
What if we make a hybrid, somewhat PVE oriented Yulia with the Holy type? I’m wondering most about the armor and headgear given that the accessory and weapon can be the same or the PVP gear.
Nitro, if you pull one hero from a banner (two hero)are there less chances to pull the other one? So if you pull one hero from the banner, less chances to draw the other one or two.
It's pure luck. People can get multiple copies of 1 hero (or off banners), and fail to get the other hero.
Other times, people get 1 copy of each right away.
Nitroglycerine yeah, seen horrible chopstick’s vid called craziest pull ever! He drew 2 ssrs from the specific banner, both luna and lana. Lol and it was his first pull from the banner. Man! Whats your luckiest pull?

Yes. After Langrisser 2.0 is released, the cap is slowly but steadily raises the level cap to 70
2.0 is released after the 1 year anniversary. Which for us is near the end of January

The Skill difference between a Bow and a dagger is just 1% more crit rate. 10 pts of skill = 1% so not enough to even get to 2%.

She just has high utility in general. If you do pure PvE, you can probably skip her, in truth. But even then, her self revival and set of skills is still amazing.
I would say get Luna first in your case though. Maybe wait until March or so for the Yulia / shelfaniel banner
Ive heard that at some point ull be able to exchange shards of a 6* char u already have for the other of that specific banner. For example the shelf and yulia banner. In case u have 6* shelf ull be able to get yulia for free. Is that true? If yes will u need some kind of coupon like when couples banners were on?

As I understand it, it will work similarly to the couples banners where you will get a token (I think unique to that banner but might be wrong) which will let you exchange 50 shards of one unit for 50 shards of the other. This means that, in your example, you could pull on a Shelf/Yulia banner, get a Shelf dupe which will give you 50 of her shards and you will get a token. You can exchange that token and the 50 Shelf shards for 50 Yulia shards. Note that you need 60 shards to summon an SSR hero so the new system is nowhere near as good as you think. @@indra-ty9iz it is true, but... there are major limitations.
- you have to draw on that specific banner, have 1 of the heroes already at 6*, and get that "exchange" item.
So you need to have the character 6* beforehand, to do the exchange. You can't save current shards to exchange (not like the Valentines event).
@@Nitroglycerine I think you only get 50 shards of the hero as well and need 60 to summon them which is a problem as since you haven't unlocked them you can't get shards from their GoF which means you need to pull 2 dupes of a unit you already own to summon the other unit.
@@Nitroglycerine Also I don't think you need the hero at 6* do you? When you pull a dupe you will have them at 3* with 50/50 shards but if you don't star them up you will have the shards in your inventory. I think that's how it worked in the Valentine's event wasn't it?

It certainly works on her. I'm just not sure if it's her BIS given it only gives 5% INT.
