- Used a very poorly optimized strategy for this one, but I still won because there was no need to optimize just yet since it is lv55.
Without doubt, Higher level Scyllas will be a challenge for me, since my only leveled up Legion character is Ledin. My plan for lv60/65 is:
- Ledin (Burning Sun, Divine Guard)
- Elwin (Roar + Faction Buff)
- Cherie (lightning, reinforcements, legion)
- Liana
- Hein (DPS) or Sophia (Rewind).

Thanks again for the chat on reddit. I followed this guide, and since i started out maining glory before going to protagonist it was an absolute cake walk.
This is the most challenging one in PVE. Once you get lv65, you will find every four turns Scylla AOE. And you must go outside the danger area. This means you have fewer turns for DPS. Bozel is not a good choice as his debuffs to the boss. MVPs are Elwin, Hein, Chris, Cherie and Liana. For the lv65, we need to look at the Boss action list first. What the hell were the devs thinking by adding 'level 55 fights" with stats that could effortless total level 70 units
Also summons summoning more summons is a prime example of the computer is a cheating bastard.
Used Ledin, Elwin, Chris, Cherie, and Liana. As long as everyone retreats except for Ledin when it uses Oceanic Horror, the party should have an easy time surviving during the turns they engage Scylla. This way it only targets Ledin and the subsequent damage after suffering def/mdef penalty is not an issue because he can tank it as well.
I hate to say it but nitro is Soo amazing at this game its satisfying to watch him struggle just a bit. Lol

I can easily beat Leviar, Phoenix and Valkyrie at 55, but I'm nowhere near beating Skylla...
I dont have a ledin to tank... but its seems this is a must have
Not quite. Ledin becomes useless for the lv65 version haha. He's actually so bad there that one guild leader with a 7K+ power Ledin gave up on him, and used a 5300 power Matthew instead.
Since my Ledin is not built up plus Legion is my weakest faction, what do you suggest on units to beat Scylla with?
Well I did a strategist /dark clear, but that method requires last rites to work.
This also is a good boss to use ur water units on as well if u have Angelica in her water route she will be very useful on this boss fight as her units and abilities will benefit from it so if u have good water units they might help u as well on the fight this is a boss fight that will be easy for me each week but seems like one of the bosses will be in which they struggle with like I said the valkayre will be my hardest one so far but thanks for the quick play through!
U literally miss a lot of skill information that enemy have, for example scylla summoned her first monster and the monster that she summoned have a summon skill as well that’s why there is 2 monster spawned, and the leviathan activaed skill that can bear mdmg that targeted to their allies but you didn’t notice it by saying it only bear pdmg for their allies

Oh great - i build my best equipment in a way that it debuffs a lot.... My best gear is working against me. xD
Actually despite being a debuff, Elwin's roar makes up for it with a -20% atk/int so if you have him, you should do well against it.
@@CrashAriMP5N2O Yeah, just did it myself and Scylla was by far the easiest for me. usually the debuffs are way stronger than the buff Scylla gets - so it's fine.
I used Cherie, Narm, Shelfaniel, Tiaris and Chris
Think Angelina will be perfect for this fight. She gets the buff for being a water unit so she'll take less damage. I need to level up my Elwin before i can tackle this fight.
I don't understand it. My units are all maxed out with high level ssr equipment and I can't even scratch any of thrsr yemple bosses.
Find characters that have skills that apply debuffs that can’t be removed by a boss should tell you right in the skill description

I have to admit, it's tough to do a video on a hero I don't have or use though!
@@Nitroglycerine I get that. Now that I have Elwin and Leon, I dont really have any need to summom heroes anymore. I have all the top ones.
If possible, could you work on Diehardt and Angelina?
I feel Angelina is underrated and can actually be useful against the thunder dragon in her Serpent class, if people dont have Elwin or Bernhardt.
@@SonAlexander I could definitely put Dieharte to near the top of the list, since he's a character everyone will definitely have.
Angelina... is far less so ^_^;
I'm trying to cover the characters people definitely have, or really good ones (e.g. Liffany and Lester) before I go into the more obscure characters.

Just made my Dieharte the Assassin tree. Since i have Leon now. DrShowtime and CaptainBeardz don't really cover this game well imo, which is why i look to your channel.
Who is substitute for hein, if don't have?

To be honest though, 55 can be beaten with off faction characters too.
Heck, even 65 can be beaten with off faction.

For lv55, it is very forgiving. You could replace Elwin with any DPS or even Chris, really.

You call THIS forgiving? Even with a full level 70 team the damn thing doesn't want to die.
So far this was the easiest for me, almost killed him. (still can't beat it though, due the bad equipment) But at least this boss does not one-shots me with his AOE.
If you don't get one-shotted by the others, they're definitely easier than this one. :)
