Hello I need your help I have this same cluster and mine doesn’t show the car or have the boot logo. The company sent me an update file and I put in on the usb drive but every time I plug it in it doesn’t update like they tell me it should automatically. I heard you say you updated it can you walk me through exactly how to update it because mine won’t and when I go into system update I need a code which I don’t have. Thanks for your help
Funny you mention this. I'm trying the update & it did work but it took away the car logo for me & the start up & shut down animation.
HOWEVER, it fixed my horn randomly honking so I guess 1 step forward & 1 step back 😅
The code is 0168 & 0169. Both do different things.
Please let me know if you fix yours. I'd love to stay in communication. I'm making an update video with the files they sent me & how I updated mine but haven't posted the video until I figure out how to get the boot start up & shut down animations back
Wow so yours now basically looks like mine with the update! No car or boot up logo lol yeah I’m trying to update but it doesn’t let me! Guy says just plug in the usb and it will update automatically but when I plug it in nothing happens I thought I needed an update code. When you updated did you just start the car and plug it in? I’ll keep you posted
Hey so my update worked everything is working as it should now I have my logo and the jeep there again. What’s your email I’ll send you the files he gave me and you can put it on your usb

It's in the setting factory code. After you put the 4 digit code in, you can change it.
The code is 0169
