Thanks Alex, that's what all my friends and acquaintances from Eastern and Southern European former communist run states tell me - with the surprising exception of some very high up judges and prosecutors who seriously think the UK is still a bastion of justice and hope and simply *refuse* to watch any evidence to the contrary, no matter how bad it gets - it seems a lot of legal types live in the clouds or are so immoral they can't bare to face reality.

Robinson was arrested on terrorist charges the day after that rally and then 2 days later he was blamed for a riot after the murder of little girls even though he was not in the UK and was pleading for calm. "Where they decide to prosecute" I think is the most telling part of this warning, because I've seen some pretty inflammatory things being posted on social media that are targeted at the British working class, and I don't expect those will be of any interest to the police. And so, like everything else this government has done so far, it will do nothing to address the underlying issues that are the cause of this unrest.
Appreciate you educating the public from the legal perspective. Based on the remarks from those in authority, I will never return to the U.K. Having visited many times, it's now on my "no go" list.
What do we want out of life..? what I want is peace, a decent meal, the ability to have fun in pubs/clubsand some where to live... What I don't need in my life.. Constant price hikes, violence, having to worry about taxes, having to worry about my family, having to worry about ending up homeless, constant arguments about politics.. It seems to me like the second half of my comment is all that we get day in day out and I'm sick of it.

We're getting on unstable ground with 'hate' crimes. Here's an example, I'm what most know as Mormon. We have a belief that we know isn't popular, that marriage is ordained of God and to be only between a man and woman. Also that physical intimacy is for marriage.
Many disagree as we'd expect, unfortunately many also accuse us of teaching hate. We could argue that we experience hate from those making the accusations. So who is right?
Mormons believe in polygamy don't they? So how can they believe marriage is between a man and A woman (that's just the single one)
as long as you dont push your religion on others, i for one have no issue with your beliefs, or any beliefs. Your religion will naturally attract those who are curios and interested, if thats what your religion wants. I dont know much about mormons. No we try not to force our beliefs on anyone, one of our core beliefs is that before we came to earth there was war in heaven after Heavenly Father presented a plan for us to come to earth that we might learn and grow, but in order to do so we needed agency (the right to choose for ourselves between good and evil). Satan opposed his plan believing himself to have a more effective plan which would involve removing agency.
We believe that as punishment for his rebellion satan and those who followed him (one third of spirits in the pre earth world) were effectively dammed in their progression, we're not allowed to gain physical bodies but we're cast down here in spirit form to tempt and try us.

I dont know that i believe in a 'spiritual evil' being, as my concept of god is closest to Taoism/Daoism, i.e. unknowable and vast like the universe (if milkyway was a coin, closest star over 2 football fields away!), But i 100% believe in human evil and it has much the same effect and temptations.
I enjoy learning about different religions, i cobble together ideas, bits n pieces which resonate with me regards my own incomplete beliefs, so thanks for that insight into one of your core beliefs :D
The history of religion used as population control makes me inherently distrust religious dogma, organisation, clergy etc.
I do find alot of the same truths scattered throughout myriad religions and i hold onto those and i do think that the religious texts ive read are a manual on how to live a good moral n ethical life. so for that reason, they are all precious.

Some years ago you could have different opinions from your pals, and discuss things calmly over a pint in a civilised manner. Now there are pressure groups in the ascendant who call for the silencing of any opinions that vary from their world view. Universities have succumbed to these demands and have thus devalued themselves as places to encourage individual thought. Meanwhile, if I suggest that, for example, we were misled over the "pandemic" I get shouted at by those who believed the propaganda without question. Such a sad state of affairs, and ultimately destructive of everything.
So the sky news presenter who showed someone waving a knife on a sky live stream could find herself in court ? And each channel that showed the clip after will also be under the same charge, under this incitment law ? The news channels won't like that i imagine . Or have i misunderstood?

News channels, those that starmer's mob approve of, will be exempt. This legistation is designed to squash public debate. We won't be allowed to screen or discuss anything that does not fit into starmer's narrative. Exactly what power mad controlling starmer is after. This is a huge part of the problem, easy to nab these folks as the proof is written, however actually finding evidence of actual real crimes(theft, vandal etc) is too hard for them.

Look at history, in 1933 the Reichstag was burnt down. Hitler issued emergency legistaltion which included constraints on free press, banning political meetings and marches. These riots are starmer's excuse to implement similar legislation. Just days into office he suspended 7 of his own MPs for voting with the opposition on the 2 child benefit, which he wanted scrapped. The guy is power mad and ruthless. And that combination makes him dangerous. Soon he will ban elections.
My thoughts on this,
First of all you can't stir up hatred, if I don't already dislike something no amount of videos sent to me are going to make me dislike it.
Secondly, the police time can be far better used than watching what people are saying to each other on social media.

@@snuggleseal Sadly. I honestly think we should have a more american system for such a thing. They still have laws against using such freedoms to incite violence. We have laws where if someone says they feel offended, they can cause a financial loss to another person (since it rarely actually results in a sentence more than a fine).

"Right to being properly armed" isn't in the UN's basic rights. Plus, I'm rather comfortable walking down the street knowing it's unlikely that a madman with a firearm and many rounds of ammunition isn't just wandering around. A knife or bladed article I have a decent chance with, especially if I'm driving. A firearm I've got much less of a chance.
Granted, the vast majority don't abuse those rights where they have them. But with easier access comes much more chance for it to happen.

If you had a gun you would be better prepared to handle a madman with a gun than you would be to handle a knife attack with your bare hands. The CCTV cameras all over the UK have footage. You can hardly leave your house without Big Brother knowing who you are and watching where you are going.
I find your channel very useful in keeping up on current events in the UK. If I lived in the UK I could very likely be arrested on so many different charges. I think I live in the only country that would ever tolerate me. I am lucky.
