@@Alsanetic don't you think that the upper chaining concrete will just add weight to the walls structure with the roof but it's not necessary without foot from foundation ?
MEF TIKAL,By upper concrete chaining ,do you mean the ring beam or the ground floor slab?Assuming you mean ring beam,The weight of the ring beam plus that of the roof is uniformly distributed to the walling which acts as bearing walls.Lateral loads are quite insignificant unless the building was a hall.
@@Alsanetic i mean ring beam. I understand better now. the loads of the structure and the resistance of the materials have been rigorously calculated. it is very good. thanks for the answers
wow beautiful house design 😍🥰
beautiful!
Thank you
No columns linking foundation and upper concrete chaining?
For such simple structures ,it's not always necessary to provide columns.

@@Alsaneticyaah...for this types of single storey structure column is not necessary...load will go down from the walls.
What about a three bedroomed house. Do you have an illustration for it,please?
Hi Wambugu,kindly check Facebook page..m.facebook.com/Alsanetic/posts/?ref=bookmarks&mt_nav=0
Kindly mention the costs of construction.
Approximately 1.4 to 1.8m.Variations will depend on factors such as plinth area, cost of labour and the type of finishing.
So many problems with this
Can you substantiate please?
