I wonder if they are going to have to replace those columns, looks like the concrete spaulded pretty bad, and the rebar is really rusted.
I doubt they will have to be completely replaced but they will definitely need reinforcing before construction on the bridge begins
I think they finished the construction of the 10th level panel for Jesus tower and when will the 11th level panel start construction for the Jesus tower???
They finished the 10th level in January but now they seem to be putting these red iron beams on the side of the tower and I have no idea what they could be for?

it could be a temporary hoistway, used to bring materials up to the tower so that they aren't taking time away from the cranes. They could also be installing the elevator shaft
