I'm going to make a confession right now... The reason I haven't covered much from that era is that I don't own any of the albums from that era. I am a very big Rush fan, but they have a lot of albums and I don't have the money to get more than maybe one or two every few months. Eventually I'll get round to (hopefully) doing every single Rush song ever, but I'll focus first on the ones I actually own on disc, which sadly does not include any from the synth era or the 2000s.
I've been tempted, I'll tell you that! I've just been concerned that it may not please the majority of my (admittedly very small number of) subscribers if I decided to do songs from my other favourite bands such as DT. I might try it now that there is definite demand for variation!
It's okay, I can always find a UA-cam video and base it off that. I can't guarantee that I'll do it next (especially considering I'd need to do an 8-bit version of yet another album cover), but I will get round to it at some point.
Amazon has just about all of them for around $5 or $6 dollars a piece. So as long as you don't mind waiting for them a little while, it's a good place to start looking.
Can you please do other bands and other songs besides. Rush is my favorite band of all time, but it would be extremely interesting to try (hypothetically) Lark's Tongue In Aspic by King Crimson, or maybe Strange Deja Vu by Dream Theater. Just a suggestion. You don't have to cover the songs I mentioned, but it would be cool for you to be known Mr. 8-Bit Awesome Music Guy

The first Morse code notes that r super high pitched are very painful to listen to. Maybe redo yyz w a lower less intense staccato
