Would agree with Kamau they are the best national airline in the US. We had an issue flying to Cuba and couldn't make it, but they were willing to give us full flight credit, which we ended up putting towards our trip to Peru.

I think they stopped for a little while during the height of the pandemic. Happy we missed that time lol

The customer service and like chill vibe they have is not matched.
Always enjoy your airline reviews! JetBlue was a go-to for us when we flew domestically more often. We even flew them from NYC to Lima Peru via FLL.
Ooo we haven't flown outside the US with them yet but this last trip got us thinking of some options.

That's always a toughy with trying new airlines. Having good routes. Alaska Airlines was one that was tough for us.
