Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter
6 Large Egg
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 1/2 TSP Essence
1 TSP Nutmeg
1 TSP Orange Powder ( 1 TBSP Fresh orange zest )

How to make orange powder place the fresh orange peel or rind in a clean kitchen foil paper. For few days, when dry please blend or ground in a coffee grinder. Add the orange peel or lemon peel powder to your cake or cookies
I used the orange peel and air dry it and and then blend it in my coffee grinder too 😊😊

I never use cake flour to make this recipe so I’ll not be able to tell. 😊❤️

Why added the Baking powder last ,please explain for me 🙏🙏
The reason I don’t like to add the baking powder with the flour, especially when I’m making sponge cake it’s because when the baking powder activates early in the cake, it tends to have air bubbles which causes the cake to have holes in the middle
The baking powder doesn't go into flour mixture??
After I’m done, mixing the batter I like to add the baking powder and fold it in slowly make sure that it’s completely mixed in and evenly distributed with in the batter before placing it in your pan

Also I never heard of orange powder , I looked on Amazon and the ones they have is for skin not sure if it’s the same thing you used 😀
@@meena-nalini5653 yes correct but it can be a slight different all depending on your stove and how it keeps the temperature but 340 will be perfect

lol no secret here Emanuel, the essence I used is a product of Guyana it’s call (mix essence) it’s (almost) the same as vanilla extract
