I don't play stealth but I find 99 boxes my second most favorite heist for the exact reasons you don't like it. I love the need to constantly run around and I'm even cool with circles in it. Snipers are just easy kills and something to do while you wait. Never thought of thermite wait being bad either. The music absolutely slaps in this heist as well. I am no solo player though so it might be different. 99 boxes is a blast with 3+ players. I do agree with Gold and Shaker being the goat of pd3 though.

a little to tip for everyone if you didnt know for under the surfhaze in loud, grab last the uma ladette painting always, when grabbed it triggers the final charge, you can secure all loot before and the final charge wont trigger before

if it hasn't been mentioned yet, you can use an ecm in nrftw to stop the dye pack timers while the ecm is active.
