Thanks for the video man. Am interested in fabricating my own kit. Going to be a big endeavor. I may have missed it, but where do you source the metal for your fabrication?
It is a fair bit of work but it's totally worth it if you can swing it. I got probably 90% of the parts for the build on ebay. Turbo, manifold, intercooler, aluminum and steel tubing for the exhaust and intercooler piping, injectors, fuel pump, etc. I may go with my local metal supplier this time though, which I've done for previous turbo builds and the metal quality and finish is a lot better
Great video however at the end it would of been nice to hear the engine and turbos sing. Also what part of the country are you in? I'd love to find someone somewhat local with your competence to do a few things to my truck

The big turbo feeds the small turbo compound
I installed twins in my LLM and I can't get it to run right. I think it was faster with the stock turbo. I also added a 12mm fuel pump and a dual pump. do you have any clue on how to get it to run right?
Did you do tuning along with the kit? Also, how is your maf sensor setup? With the larger atmosphere charger inlet where the maf sensor typically goes, you need to make tuning changes to account for the difference since it does it's calculation based on the flux diameter of that inlet. I waited to modify the maf curve on mine for about a week and it was super lazy until I did. I'd start there
First off theres no such thing as an llm its either an lmm or lml second if your trucks faster stock something is totally wrong could be 1 of a million things what are the symptoms

Are you in the LB7 Owners of America group on Facebook? I might have some questions. what is your approximate bill for materials? I wouldn't mind doing the fab, but I need a bit of help budgeting it out. I was also planning as going 475 with a 4" intake.
I'm not a member but it sounds like I might need to check it out. I put together a bill of materials for a potential client wanting me to build a kit for him so I'd be happy to send it to you. Keep in mind it includes labor but it should at least give you a rough idea. It's not too bad if you're doing all the fab and labor yourself. That would be awesome! If you're able to do it, I'd absolutely say go for it. Feel free to dm me if you have questions and I'll send you my bill of materials

Stock engine?
Yeah it's got stock internals for now. Not going crazy with the turbo/injector setup yet so it's held up fine so far
Next time get an air dog, take the plastic tabs out and run caterpillar filters. Your welcome
