If the definition of "lesbian" "not a man attracted to strictly not men", then the definition of "straight woman" is "not a man attracting to strictly not women". Which makes no sense
Respectfully Zachary, you say you are not a man. You use any pronouns (he/they/she) Your identity is a non-binary lesbian. Non-binary not being strictly male or female (don’t have to be completely androgynous or masc aligned). My question to you is if you do not wish to be perceived as male or masc-aligned, and it upsets you to have exclusively male pronouns applied to you, why would you decide to go on hormones that would put you in a position physically to be seen as a man? This is just based on my own opinion (which I think may be a fact) that testosterone deepens your voice, redistributes your fat in a masculine way, allows for thicker hair growth, and allows for the development of easier muscle growth. Long question short....you say you use any pronouns, but not “he” you take testosterone but do not want to socially referred to as a man, even though in society you pass as a male because of the hrt you have chosen to go through. You present masculinely. Yet you are a lesbian? That doesn’t wish to have male pronouns used for you, even after taking testosterone for 3 years which indirectly assures you will be seen socially as a man. I just don’t understand. Please, tell me why...you can choose to not respond to this, obviously you don’t have to explain yourself. Your identity is yours. But I’m confused as fuck yo. With all due respect.
respectfully shakespeare, i am not going to explain myself because i am a myriad of motivations and life experiences and because as you so accurately pointed out, i don't have to explain myself to anyone. do you think i, having been on T for three years, don't intimately understand its affects? do you not know what the word "EXCLUSIVELY" means, or did you neglect to watch the video altogether? my identity, my choices, my appearance, my "presentation", are all things i have varying control over. being "seen socially as a man" is not my fault, i didn't assign masculinity to facial hair and fat distribution. people like you are the only ones making shit like this so difficult. i do not have the time, energy, or enough of a fuck to cut up my life and spoonfeed it to you in a way you can understand over your mansplaining. but here's some truth you can swallow- here comes the airplane!- i do not exist for you to understand. with all due respect. :)
