Sir can you make a video on Scientist C , scientist D ,E etc positions in institutions like ICMR and CSIR labs and is it worth doing postdoc if someone wants to apply for these positions

It's wise to apply after PhD . But you can apply to guest lecturer position at 3rd or 4th year based on your work load. It will help to make more network.

I have gate score of 152 and I am selected for PhD in Bangalore University sir ..I have to pay admission fee in coming week But I'm not happy with the laboratory and seniors there have told me that their whole time is getting wasted in teaching Msc students and their project is lacking behind I'm really tensed now.should I get into phd here or wait and give another net or gate exam and qualify with good score ? Please help me Sir 🙏

Yes there is age limit for assistant prof. It's 35 years for UR and higher in reserved category.
It's wise to apply after PhD . But you can apply to guest lecturer position at 3rd or 4th year based on your work load. It will help to make more network.
