PS After a day or so restraints around the wrists will hurt, even if they are objectively not too tight. This officer needs to be removed from this service.
Inmates are treated like insects and given zero respect or dignity. People who have been incarcerated have many mental health issues when they get out.
Perhaps if you had led a different lifestyle prior, you might not have found yourself being incarcerated - Think about that before you make future life choices.

Yes, you go to jail because of your choices but they don’t deserve to be treated worse just because they have lower serotonin in their brain. it’s also important for the guards and system to be educated on mental health. Asian mindset, either you are normal or you are mad crazy, they can’t understand anything in-between.
Not all of them made their own choices to be bad, sometimes it is the voice of their own parents ( or lack of) that taught them antisocial ways. That is why there is what they call generational, and it is very difficult to 'correct'. But hopefully, a crisis like incarceration, may get the individual to confront the kind of flawed rationalizing that gets passed along.

@@sn6owe who’s to say sg isn’t the same? I’ve seen accounts from former inmates where they were slapped and kicked around by guards and wardens in blind spots where the cctv couldn’t see them.
