    does the gelatin technique make the coating wet if only a thin layer of spices used

      You need to coat the nuts with enough spices to prevent them to stick together, then you dehydrate them and they stay dry at the end of the process.

    Can you coat hard candy? Also, can you put any shaped hard candy in the machine or does the shape of the candy have to always be circular?
