Good day, lovely video. I have three questions. First, will it coat cashew nuts? Secondly, will the chocolate not melt off the peanuts later? Is there a way to keep chocolates from melting off coated products even in warm or hot temperatures? Thank you.
Hi There! Cashew nuts are possible but are more challenging. This will require multiple coatings due to the particular shape. The chocolate will not melt at room temperature but will melt when exposed to hot temperatures

Hello! If you get clumps this means you are putting too much chocolate in a short time frame. Try adding little by little

So, I have a few questions. I have purchased one of these machines. What kind of dark chocolate is recommended to cover nuts? Also, after using the Shellac from Chocolate World, what is used for cleaning the bowl afterwards? Thanks, Dustin.
Hi Dustin! We recommend to work with any type of coverture chocolate and make sure you follow the guidelines for tempering (mentioned on the packaging).
For cleaning the bowl please use hot water in combination with a house-hold degreaser.

Hi Cho, The blower blows ambient air and cools down the tempered chocolate so it sets on the product.

Hi there! Unfortunately we don't have experience with Arabic Gum powder. We presume you need to dilute this with water

Best to work with couverture chocolate, which has a high amount of cocoa butter

Hi there! This machine comes with a manual, but ofcourse taking a few lessons wouldn't hurt! It is usualy used with nuts, but Raisins can be used also.

Is it necessary to use tempered chocolate? What will be the result if you just use melted chocolate?
We recommend to use tempered chocolate for the optimal shine and crack.

El brillo está debido a la temperación del chocolate. Una vez recubierto del molde, ya no tiene nada para dar brillo al bonbon. :)

I have just bought a Aieve Snack Coater. What is the recipe with arabic gum to make it fluid? Nobody give a written recipe.... Is there another way to make coated almond shinny?
We're not familiar with a Aieve Snack Coater.
@@CWAntwerp it is an attchment to Kitchenaid stand mixer to make dragées.
I also have the aieve snack coater and I wish there were recipes. I haven't been able to get it to work except clump everything together 😞 it really feels like user error but I don't know enough to know where the error is.
