How do I wash my hair in crochet? I'm in middle school and I'm trying to grow my hair. When I do protective styles like mini twists or braids, my hair shrinks up so badly, and I get made fun of by people in my school. I want to start doing crochet because my hair is hidden and protected, and people won't make fun of me. It also looks nice. The only thing stopping me from getting crochet is that I do sports and I sweat. This means I have to wash my hair more often, but I don't know how to wash my hair in protective styles without it getting so frizzy. I was planning on getting them after my sports season is over which is in the fall. If you read thia far, thank you and I apologize for the long paragraph.

Crochet braids are a great protective style because all of your hair is braided down and tucked away. Just make sure you keep your hair moisturized and every now and then mist your scalp and hair with water. 💕
