I've been talking about the CAR at people on reddit complaining about different weapons since TF2 launched. I've taken a whole bunch of downvotes but it still has pinpoint accuracy from the hip, has better than should-be range for an smg, and has 0 recoil. I'm not even mad at it the same way I'm not mad at the spitfire. Just mad at G50+ players using them.
I’m a CAR main, and I didn’t even think/know that it was try-hard. What really helps to prove that’s it’s op, is the fact that I’m still new to the game, and yet, I can still do really good with it in matches, and still hold my own in sweat matches with a good KDR.
I don't think the CAR's hipfire is too strong, it's the effective range that needs to be toned down. The CAR is supposed to be a laser beam that compliments fast movement, decreasing the hipfire accuracy would kind of ruin the purpose of the gun. However, I don't think it should be able to compete with AR's at medium range. Reducing the range would make the CAR more of a niche weapon that only super fast moving pilots use. With less range its kill time at medium range wouldn't be optimal, forcing players to close the gap a bit more where they're more exposed to the faster TTK close range weapons like the R97 and LSTAR.
Why would you use an assault rifle with stim? Assault rifles have mediocre hipfire aim, so id rather go with a pistol/shotgun/smg/grenadier. Hipfire is important for when you're zooming across the map at 60 k/ph
Honestly doing Hail Marys all the time is something I highly recommend. You can get a lot of lucky kills and sometimes even double kills and it feels absolutely amazing.

I don’t think there is try hards in titanfall I think anyone can become a tryhard with any weapon tactical or titan u could become a tryhard with the coldwar and holo pilot if u want to
InSovietCS try hard is someone (imo) who tries there best in every way. So, say for Cold War, they practice Cold War over a long period of time before they get good with it. Someone who uses the best guns ordinances and tacticals is what we call a “sweat”. So there’s sweaty tryhards, the tryhards who use the best guns, then there’s just a tryhard, who tries there best to get better than most people, they practice every day, and they try to get good with what they want to get good with.

InSovietCS personally sweaty people and tryhards are different people. U may think I’m lying but I know a guy whose going for gen 100 Cold War. When he isn’t using Cold War he uses guns like the alt and car. Even though Cold War is a “fun” gun, he makes it look like a tryhard gun. He drops consistent 40 bombs and sometimes 50s. I think u can be a tryhard with any thing, a sweat is someone who only uses the best of the best. For example I’m a tryhard, but I’m a tryhard with every gun I use. I try my best to get the very best score every game. That’s what I think a try hard is. Sweats are different.
I'm a proud scorch main, my pilot loadout I usually use is phase shift, flatline, wingman, thunderbolt, electric smoke. I can't remember the rest of my loadout but I haven't played in a while.
You know what’s really fun? Constantly moving around the map and using the G2 with iron sight. Yes yes I know it’s super OP, but on console it’s much harder

It's not a try hard weapon tho, it's a cheap weapon. It's like the spitfire but close range. And the spitfire is so over powered, that when you use it your whole team and the enemy team will hate you and spit on you the whole match
I realized the car was quite op the moment I tried it as it's one of the the first weapons you can get and on a stock loadout. Also realized when i used gunrunner you can just run like a lunatic whit 0 spread The softball is kinda fun
I just dont like those grenadiers. Don´t know if it´s hard to play, but being bombed with grenades or shot with an energy ball just doesn´t feel like a match between two pilots. It just feels like being a soldier hit by artillery.
I use phase shift with r201 and a grav grenade, it’s not to op I just got used to it so I guess I’m able take it work to where the combination can be super op and counters almost everyone
Stim CAR, the most toxic loadout in the game. If you play this unironically, you genuinely hate the idea of having fun...or letting other people have fun.
I usually run: Car or R-97 with mag extension and the mod that makes it able to sprint while shooting. (can't remember the name of it) or instead of using that I use the mag extension and quick reload. Any grenades Stim or phase shift Ronin or Scorch Ticks or amped weapons Fast regen Neck breaker or the phase shift execution I usually use the R-97 more because for me it's fun to use.
I've never considered the CAR annoying, all Weapons are fine and fun to use, excluding the one that shall not be named. Btw, getting killed with the Smart Pistol it's by far the most annoying thing in this game, why would anyone use it? It's literally calling the user "stupid".

Hey Jer, love your videos but please try not to kill grunts/spectres/stalkers while in your titan. It damages the titan meter economy for your team and prevents you from gaining backup. If you allow your team to boost their titan meter, you are more likely to win matches especially because you’re a scorch main which are heavily assisted by medium-counterfire titans such as Monarch, Tone and Legion. Also, PSN is ‘soldie999’ if you want
The car is so good it even destroyed in titanfall 1 don't think so then explain to me why the car smg is not in apex legends but almost every other titanfall weapon from both games is they know it would ruin apex
The best loadout is prolly grapple r101 extended mad holo with frag p2016. Fast regen, and chargerifle with quick charge and then amped weapons. Best kill game I ever had was 78 kills 13 deaths on console. Rip console.

They don't have skill but they try harder anyway by using guns which require skill, and not take the easy way out with CAR? Idk, I would call this the lazy loadout if anything.

Car isn’t the ultimate try hard loadout. Comp players/sweat players use carbin(r101) bc of its low recoil and it’s high aim assist

I main CAR and stim. With the amazing hip fire, it is very lethal. The only difference is that I use Northstar instead of Tone
the r-201 has good accuracy, full auto, and with the more ammo perk its probably the best gun
I've been a r-201 main since I unlocked it a week or two after release, sad to say the recoil is horrible after the nerfs a while back
