JB sepatutnya ada zon khas utk CBD. Contoh mcm KLCC dan TRX. sekarang ni nampak berterabur dan sangat berserabut.

Does JB have any city planning? Sometimes it looks like they just plop a "skyscraper" down here and there and to get to it you have to go through side streets. I'm glad KSL will be getting more competition though. If I apply they might allow me to put up a skyscraper in my front yard. 😆

I dont think there is large-scale, proper urban planning in JB. If it doesn't conflict with other plan, the state govt will approve it.

Typical Malaysian developments. No integration between buildings. Thats why people never walk. Leading to traffic jam. Just learn from Singapore for proper planning.

Jb ni tgk mana ada tanah kosong dia buat je bagunan tinggi..kalau masih guna cara ni lama2 caca merba dan berterabur bandar JB ni..perlu ada planning dan sediakan tempat2 khas utk pembangunan2 tertentu supaya nampak cantik dan kemas..

Malaysia has one of the worst urban planning. Scattered skyscrapers, no proper sidewalks, etc. Singapore is just 1km away and it's like a totally different world.

I concur too. High rise buildings must be properly planned on the map otherwise it's an eye sore for an overall sight seeing view and they have already done that now.... Just watch till the end.

membina bangunan tinggi di tengah2 kawasan kedai dengan jalan raya yg kecil ni mcam tk sesuai sbb planning mcm ni akan mewujudkan kesesakan lalu lintas yg tk sepatutnya. Lepas itu, macam mna plak bangunan ni nk bersambung dngan elevated ART system yg dirancang oleh government? perancangan yang terlalu berasingan ni mcm tk efektif je.

Kt JB ni xde siapa yang advice perancangan bandar ke??.. Sangat terok town planning.. Bandar yang xmesra rakyat.. Xde tempat healing...Hanya fokus bangunan tinggi shja.. JB antara ibu negeri paling bosan dan xde tempat nk melancong... So sad!!!
