Talk about connections. The only disconnect is that my two years in Japan were 1968 and 1969, and I climbed (or walked the winding trail to the top of Mt. Fugi. Sadly, I lost the stamped walking stick, which proudly bore the mark of all those stations including the top. (Humorously, I returned in 2001 with some of my college students. I told a couple of them that, as I remembered it, the climb was rather easy. Many hours after their departure to make the climb, two totally exhausted but proud climbers came back. They told me they would never believe me again!) I had been at one of the lakes (honestly I cannot recall which) at a Christian retreat that summer, and my friend and I decided to make the climb. I was playing baseball there (and basketball), so I was young and in good shape. THANK YOU FOR REKINDLING THE MEMORIES! LOVED YOUR STORIES!
Twenty years ago I had the chance to buy a Pelikan and I didn’t because I was mesmerised by Montegrappa. I wish that I’d added a Pelikan to my collection. Maybe one day…
Hello, thanks y'all a lot for watching the video! Since quite a people asked, I created a UA-cam channel 🤭 if you'd like, please subscribe!! I will upload a longer (!) version of this very video with (even) more incoherent rambling and a *bonus pen* :) Cheers!
This must be the best photography I've seen on any review video! Thanks for sharing that!
Thanks a lot for the kind words!
Thank you for sharing Fountain Pen Memes! I really enjoy your posts. Also thank you Joost for the great series!

The man behind the memes! So you will definitely get the rhodium trimmed Laurel Green 3776 I presume?
It looks lovely! The Laurel does looks good with the gold trim though...
@@fountainpenmemes I was actually waiting for it with a rhodium trim. Although couldn't disagree that green and gold matches so well with each other.
Nice episode, new suscriber
Damn what's the song👀
Top-secret, government-issued jazz. Bass intro specially 😎👌🔥
3776 is amazing
