Gold is inert and flavourless so the gold leaf does nothing but look pretty. Donkey caramel and madagascan vanilla pods aren't ordinary. The costs are pretty arbitrary and there are definitely cheaper alternatives as well as the fact that, in the UK at least, Devon clotted cream really isnt hard to get.
Iam pretty sure it didn't taste bad i mean you can't go wrong with a vanilla milkshake with a little bit of nutella on top.
