The problem exists with android and as well as ios devices, even with laptops. This was the fist and the last pair I bought from Jabra, essentially because they have a non-existent customer service.
Thank you so much for the video, it worked for me right away. I called Jabra about the problem after I did all the necessary troubleshooting. I but my 75t Elite Active refurbished so I couldn't get a warranty repair so they offered me 32% off a new pair. I wish I had saw this video first because I ended up buying the new 7 Pro Elite buds. They could've told me how to fix the problem but that's how they get you.

You can also stick a toothpick in the hole above the coils. I didn't have the personalize option in settings and Jabra support is a joke. The firmware updates are ridiculous. My kid was right, I should have just went with the samsungs
Ed, bought the Samsung Buds Pro about 20 days ago.... They suck at sound quality😐. The Talk feature is great and so is the software-compatibility..... Also, Spigen has an extremely snug fitting cover for the case... Next ones are the Sony WF1000XM4..... I believe they are the kings of ANC.... Cheers🍺

I called Jabra about this problem with my left ear bud lacking sound and to their credit, Jabra set in motion, immediately, to replace them. If this cures the issue, I'll contact them again and give them the info I learned here. Obviously, there's some sort of an issue they need to address. Thanks again.
I still have the issue. I hadn't started the process that you mentioned so it was never on. I went ahead and did the hearing test and on the left ear bud I only heard one tone. Not a very accurate test but I did I in order to turn it off and still I'm left with only the right ear bud working. This is driving me nuts
Have you cleaned your left ear bud? There is a small hole next to the charging contacts that's used for ear detection if it's clogged or dirty it can also make the bud not work right.

Weird thing is since they introduced that in the app I've been having problems since. The parallel sound....when left side is not "in ear" it cuts off, return to ear its suppose to turn back on. I got to play with it, recharge...but goes back to cutting on and off distortion barely could hear it & now it's starting to fit the right side. Can't find my damn receipt to get my warranty going, don't feel like fighting with the Walmart but gloves 🥊🥊 are going on, wish me luck 🤞.....
First I'll uninstall the app and then reinstall it, see if that'll fix the problem. Then Walmarts horrible "you stole something" customer service 🤦🏽♂️.
Good evening. How to fix the issue with left earbud not connecting. What does that mean? it means your proximity sensor doesn't see right earbud. Check the sensor hole and clean it with the pin, however this doesn't work always since there is micro dirt what you can not see with the naked eye and that is accumulated ear oil, it act like an glue. So, take your Jabra and use warm or hot water over little hole above the two charging connectors (this will make your sound great again), apply hot water on sensor (little square hole) and also use warm water in big hole where is speakers. This will melt all accumulated ear oil. Keep it under warm water for 30 seconds or 60 seconds, use simple hot water from water tap.
OMG, can't believe this actually worked! I've given up on these ear buds more than a year ago after trying about everything. Indeed, with a pin I was able to remove a tiny amount of dirt from the sensor hole. Incredible. Thank you vokimedia! 💚

Hi. Thanks for your enlightening video. I use the 85t elite earbud. My worry is why does the left side disconnects the moment you take off the right side. Which renders the left side rather useless. Meaning you can’t replace the right side if the battery goes low
My left ear bud is not working anymore either, but probably my own fault as I've dropped them once. Tried resetting and so on, but alas. Probably it's an actual hardware defect. What's weird that I still here them beep when performing an hearing test in MySound profile. I'm not hearing all the beeps with my left ear but I guess that's an issue with my left ear itself (I have a bit of tinnitus on the left). I was very happy with the Jabra 75T. 🙂

I have a similar problem. I hear the "connected" and all the sounds it makes like "hear through" etc. But music doesn't come through😓. I only hear music on the right one. I had problems with the right one getting quieter but then I cleaned the "air hole" with a safety pin and it worked.
If i pull out my right ear bud away to put it to charge, the left ear bud stops. I wanted to charge the other one and just use only one ear bud just like the AirPods. Use one while you don’t use the other one, to save the battery. If you’re currently using the other one and the battery dies, use the other one.
only the right one works alone, i lost my right earbud and i can no longer use my jabra 75t headset which sucks bc i still have the left earbud and the case and they are still in working condition, nothing i can really do.
In my jabra 75t when I went to my sounds page, there isn’t any way to turn on or off but instead there’s the option of get started? Don’t understand! Maybe you can help🙏

This didn't help at all I never set up my sound on this app and in order to get start at you have to tap once you hear a tone and I don't hear any tone coming through on my left ear bud AT ALL

I think that the real issue is not in the SW, but it could only be a workaround. There is a hole on the back of the earbud, you should clean that out.

Because the left one connects to the right one so when you take the right one out of your ear The left automatically turns off.

It means you havent done the test, so do it and then turn it off. If that doesnt work (like in my case) then its jabra :/

there is a tiny pin hole next to the contacts. You need to clean it.
