    Hey guys.... in today's video I am making a delicious pudding. This is very easy & quick recipe.4 Ingredients Caramel Pudding - Dessert Recipe.
    As the name implies, caramel is the main ingredients to make the pudding colorful. For this reason you need to make the caramel properly.
    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup sago
    1/4 cup white sugar
    3 tablespoons white sugar(for caramel)
    1 tablespoon water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 white sugar
    1 cup milk
    pinch of vanilla essence
    Directions :
    1. Mix 1 tablespoon water into 3 Tbsp. sugar in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until sugar is completely moistened. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until the sugar and water form a golden brown syrup, about 5 minutes. Do not stir. Remove from heat and let boiling subside.
    2. Whisk 2 egg and 1/4 sugar together in a bowl just until sugar has dissolved. After whisk milk and Vanila essence add into the mixture. Pour caramel syrup into a oven proof bowl or a baking dish. Pour egg-milk mixture over syrup. Place pan into a larger baking tray and pour enough water into outer pan to reach about 1/2 inch up the sides of the inner pan.
    3. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C, Bake in the preheated oven until pudding has set, about 45 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes; chill in refrigerator before serving.
