its not "easier" you clearly dont know anything. most people have filtered IPs now which means you cannot distinguish whether the ports are open or not so you dont know if they are vulnerable to attacks. Also most apps/games are now VOIP which means u cannot pull any information from the user on the other end as the host works as a middleman
It's not easier. You used to be able to pull IP's from xbox parties before so that's why he always asks to be invited to a party. Xbox changed that not too long ago so you can't pull IP from parties anymore. This guy can't make content like this anymore.
