When uncle Larry says you're a badass guitar player you're probably one of the greatest guitar players alive today. I know it's not a competition and there's no such thing as " the best guitar player in the world". But guys like Bryan here could safely be considerd as a great musician and a monster guitar player. But cats like him are always humble, they understand the concept of "the more you learn the more you realize how much you don't know.."
Love this so generous to share this Bryan in fact I never even became much of a picker until I started playing mando. Now, 1000hrs of mando playing I realize I suck on guitar and need to get back into it.
For a guitar nerd that never learned music but plays only by ear, your audio-visual demo here had help me a great deal in my development in my playing. Greetings fr Malaysia.
Played guitar for nearly 20 years, coming from a metal background there are a few similarities I'm finding which is helping me understand the fundamentals of the lead side of things. However I'm not massively knowledgeable in the world of acoustic guitar so Bryan breaking this down as simply and clearly as he is makes the WORLD of difference for me, even if I could just use my ears. So thank you Artist Works and thanks Bryan!
That D18 sounds amazing
Feel blessed that I have one.

Really enjoyed this lesson it felt more accessible than a lot of lessons and yet didn't sound any less musical.
Best cross picking lesson!
I need to learn this!

That’s rhythm.
I wonder the string heigth!.! Must be as low ?? I can't play fast licks with a high action...
Lower your action! Super simple
Great lesson. Effortless.
