Hey buddy! So size and color affects the price, you can take a look at my website for all pricing! DcsCustomFab.com under vehicle exhaust then dual stack kits!
I am CNC brake press operator and using high precision machine it is not easiest job to bend something that you bent and built by hand. Good fabricator.
All of your work is freaking awesome. If you don’t mind me asking, what paper material did you use to make your templates that wrap around the pipe? Did you use a drafting Compass? I am making some 10 inch Hexagon stacks for my GMC brigadier and trying to figure out how to do all of this
Thanks brother! And it's just normal packaging paper from home depot. And just an engineering compass and ruler. I could make a video on the process some time too
DCS Custom Fab Wow I thought it was some special paper. It’s funny because I have a couple fabricator friends, a father-in-law That is extremely mechanically inclined and is a master woodworker, But still all of us are having a tough time trying to figure out how to chop up all of my 10” x 8’ hexagon pipes that I got made for me so that I can build my headache rack with stacks. He would be a lifesaver if you could make a tutorial on how to do the angles on those templates. I have literally been sleepless in bed thinking about how to chop all of these things up because I want to do it myself and not take it to some shop that has a huge bandsaw or something.
Hey send me an email. I actually have some different tricks I use for hexagon shapes that are really easy. I'd be willin to share them to a fellow fabricator! Also, I do this for a living, so if you end up needing any sort of stack, headache rack, or combo built let me know! Dcscustomfab@gmail.com
What Gauge is the sheet metal that you use? I'm thinking about ordering a double octagon cat stack in the near future. Probably after taxes come back. :)
I watched whole video. Nice craftsmanship.
Nice work
😉👍
Hey I gotta ask why the inlet pipe is off center? Currently building a stack box for mine
Finally
Some great guitar shredding in background 👍🏻
Where can I get the stencils for the angle on the top of it?
For 8” what are the measurements on flat steel?
I hope you post more man.
