How to set White Balance on the Panasonic AW-RP120 PTZ Controller

Thanks for this video, but it only explains which buttons to press to set a predetermined white balance in Kelvin, but it doesn't address the process to set the camera's white balance in a room with actual lighting. It could use a little more detail.
