- Today I'm bringing you guys along a shoot with me to show you exactly how I pose couples to get really natural looking photos! There's a lot that goes into making photos look candid and authentic so I'll also walk you through the little things I do to get my couples comfortable enough to make that happen. I struggled with how to pose couples a lot when I first started so now that I have a system down I figured it'd be really helpful to share!
If you would like a PDF of the poses from this video and more send an email to beccamootphotgraphy@gmail.com so I can send it your way!

One of the best posing advice videos I've seen to date ❤
I’m not sure if you still check this but just wanted to say I appreciate this video and it’s really helpful!
Completely awesome video
I struggle so much with posing. Saying this video has been helpful is a complete understatement! Thank you and can’t wait for next Tuesday!
It can be so hard!! I'm so glad you found this helpful!!
Thank you so much ❤
their laughter is infectious! this was super helpful, can't wait for more videos :)
Isn't it!! I knew they'd be so great at this! Thank you so much too!
Amazing! I loved Luna's tips as well! 😅😅
I’ve struggled with posing for so long trying to come up with stationary poses. This looks sooo effective!
Girl this was SO HELPFUL! Thank you!! ❤
this is so helpful! I always get so much anxiety before shoots because i'm like "ugh what if i run out of poses?" would love to see more videos like this in the future :)
ah don't worry I've totally felt the same!! I think knowing you don't have to go from pose to pose to pose right away and letting people be themselves and genuinely talk and explore the area has helped me feel sooo much less anxious on shoots
Beautiful location! I like your approach. I have my first engagement shoot this Saturday 😬😃
It's pretty awesome at how your directions creates the picture! By being so ridiculous they just get to be confused together and it's so natural/
haha exactly!! they're like we have no idea what we're doing BAM being adorable
These are great!
Hi! Great vid! Thanks for sharing so many cool ideas. I was wondering what mm your lens is and what settings you use (particularly shutter speed and f/stop)?
The content of this video and her results are phenomenal, but it can be really hard to hear the audio of her instructions to them when all you hear is the wind. She's a very gifted photographer.
