As a public librarian I really appreciate you working with Libby and helping to get the word out on how easy it is to access library collections digitally from home. Especially as so many libraries are closed to the public right now.
My dad or fiance just mention that another book is here and that I'm running out of room. But at the same time they get me gift cards to my indie book store so I can get more
I love Libby/Overdrive. The selection is dependent upon your individual library, but there have been several times that I wanted a title my library didn't have on Libby and I suggested it to be purchased and it was!
I finished Assassin’s Quest last night at 2:30am, finally watched your vlog on it, and went out this afternoon purely to buy the first book in Hobb’s Liveship Trader series. Hooked on her prose!
Yay I love Libby, I never really used my library until recently but I didn't realise how easy it was. WHEW, Rick Riordan!!! :D I love the Apollo series and am HYPED for the Tower of Nero coming out in October! The hardcovers are... *chef kiss*
I love libby so much, i used to never listen to audiobooks but having access to it (for free!) made me fall for audibooks and re experience reading ebooks
I'm over half way done with Midnight Sun and I am THRIVING! I'm also reading El Principe Del Sol by ClauReadsBooks and it's the first Spanish novel I've ever picked up :,) so I'm super excited for these reads AND FALL 🍂🍁🍃 also wow I'm never this early, hi Regan 💕
Noelle got me interested in The Vanishing Half. TheBookArcher got me super intrigued by Star Daughter. And you just got me very excited about The Sound of Stars
Reagan is going to KILL my bank account! We have such similar reading tastes, and every book she is showing in this haul, I am adding to my goodreads! Honestly, not mad about it though!
I also got The Vanishing Half and The Space Between Worlds as my picks for Book of the Month, they both sound SO good. I just started MExican Gothic and I'm loving it already.
I use the libby app all the time, especially during quarantine. You recommended it in one of your past videos which is how I found out about it. Thank you!! Ily
Jade City is definitely on my tbr. Daniel Greene recently did a great interview with Fonda Lee! It was so interesting hearing her perspective and how she came up with the world. His interviews with R. F. Kuang and Evan Winter (author of Rage of Dragons) have been great as well. So hyped for all their books
I picked up Jade City the other day as well and I am very excited to read it! We are buddy reading it with a book club I am in with a few other booktubers and I am super excited to get to it. I just finished Space Between Worlds recently and it was SO good! I think you will like it for sure.
I’m from Brazil and I’m honestly so jealous of y’all usamericans that have Libby,,, imagine getting library ebooks and audiobooks from your phone??? That’s paradise
I don't havs a library card anymore unfortunately so I will not be using Libby myself, however I do prefer to read physical books and I added all of the books in your haul to my TBR. great video, as always. I quite enjoy your videos. Thank you for being positive and apreading positive vibes :) Hope you are doing well. Take care. I'm lookong forward to reading these books at some point.
Hi!!! An indie Debut Novel is coming out this October 28. I was a beta and it's the best book I've read in the last few years. I really recommend it! Please consider reading The Lost Prince by Stephanie Ann!!
Another awesome video! Question though...if I already have Overdrive and get my books from the library from that, do I need Libby? Is it the same thing or different? Thank you!!
Sadly Libby doesn't work where I live but I do have an app from my locals libraries;it doesn't have those popular books but it still has a lot of books that I want to read
Oh and I picked up between the world and me the day I watched the last video where you talked about it and thank you!!!!!!!! Oh I loved it so so so much!!!
You sold me on The Year of the Witching! I recently got Interview With the Vampire by Anne Rice and I’m so excited. I don’t really know anything about it so I’m glad to go in with no expectations. 🎉 Im trying to read more vampire books. Any vampire book recs??
Check if your library has reciprocity with surrounding counties, one of them might have Libby. Also there are a few libraries that sell access to their Libby/Overdrive libraries... Brooklyn Public Library in New York is around $50 a year, I think, but there are others. (Also ask your library about Hoopla.) If you have children, sometimes the schools have accounts you can access, they generally use the Sora app, but its part of the Libby/Overdrive family. Good luck!
Thank you guys! I already use my library’s website, which has audiobooks and ebooks, etc. I also reserve books 📚 on there, so I don’t really need anything like Libby rn, but thanks anyway 😁❤️👍! Hopefully it helps someone else 😆💙
Maja Kurkiewicz I am glad! I am lucky... I am in Northern Virginia, where there is a huge library sharing agreement, including Maryland and Washington, DC (although I don’t travel there). My friend and I did a massive library crawl one day and registered with all the surrounding counties ... before The Rona (I saw someone name it that, I think it might have been another booktuber ;) So even if my library doesn’t have a certain book, or the waitlist is long, I can search the others. Saves me money :) Also look at audiobooksync.com (Overdrive is a sponsor) ... every summer they offer free audiobooks, meant for students but anyone can sign up. This year it started early and ended in July, but you can sign up for reminders for next year. Two audiobooks a week, ~26 each summer, yours to keep forever :) Really good titles, too!
I need to do a bookhaul video. SO MANY AMAZING BOOKS AT THE MOMENT! 🥰 Just uploaded my favourite books of the year so far on my channel, will deffo check out some on your haul 🌼💕
where do you get your bookshelves? I have a few but if I put too many books on the shelf, the wood begins to bend - especially in the middle part of the wood. I just want a sturdier bookshelf that can hold more weight!
Check out Wilda Silva, Secret Keeper. It’s a delightful. A fantasy novel for teens and middle school kids. It is about a young girl who copes with her mother’s drinking while being drawn into the world of fairies. The author is an African American teacher.
“I’m stimulating the economy” I whisper every time I hit check out
Yes! Supporting the local bookstores and libraries! ♥♥
As a public librarian, all the library promotion makes my heart happy 😊💖
Libraries are
I ❤️ Libby and ❤️ supporting my library from home. I use it everyday.
It's the best!
Would definitely buy the shirt in this video!
As a public librarian I really appreciate you working with Libby and helping to get the word out on how easy it is to access library collections digitally from home. Especially as so many libraries are closed to the public right now.
*The title is what I tell my mother when she asks me why there’s book packages at the door so often.*

My dad or fiance just mention that another book is here and that I'm running out of room. But at the same time they get me gift cards to my indie book store so I can get more

I've gotten a book in the mail the last 3 days in a row and my dad has become more and more exasperated with each one! 😅
I work at my library and we use Libby, your push for the app is much appreciated 👌
I love finding more ways to support local libraries, they don’t get the support they deserve.
I'm really really, intrigued by
- The space between worlds
- Star Daughter
- The sound of stars
I want to have them immediately!
I live in Korea and the English book section in bookstores here is abysmal. Libby keeps me alive ❤️ Id be lost without it tbh 😅
I love Libby/Overdrive. The selection is dependent upon your individual library, but there have been several times that I wanted a title my library didn't have on Libby and I suggested it to be purchased and it was!
We even have Libby here in N Z ~ AMAZING & so easy to use.
I love the libby app. The year of the witching and the space between worlds r great books!
I finished Assassin’s Quest last night at 2:30am, finally watched your vlog on it, and went out this afternoon purely to buy the first book in Hobb’s Liveship Trader series. Hooked on her prose!
Libby is fantastic. I was so happy to have it while our library was closed. My 8yo uses it daily.
The Year of Witching, and City of Brass! So excited about both. I didn’t know the year of witching was supposed to be scary though!
Yay I love Libby, I never really used my library until recently but I didn't realise how easy it was.
WHEW, Rick Riordan!!! :D I love the Apollo series and am HYPED for the Tower of Nero coming out in October! The hardcovers are... *chef kiss*
Libby was life changing for me. I have 3 libraries on there and I have so many options!!!
I love that a book unhaul is always followed shortly after by a big book haul 🖤📚
Haha chicken or the egg 🤷🏼♀️
your book taste...it’s *chef kiss*
If you’re looking for sci-fi, I think you’d really like Defy the Stars. It’s criminally under-appreciated, but it’s so good.
I love Libby 💖 it's the best especially when I don't want to lug those tomes around with me everywhere I go 🤣
These books sound great! I also should check out Libby now!
Year of the Witching was so good (and, now that you mention it, it definitely did have a creepy fall vibe). Excellent choice. 🥰
I have been using Libby all year and I can honestly say it's how I made it through these tough times and accomplished my reading goal! 😍

Currently reading The Black Kids, it's really good so far. The cover is absolutely gorgeous.
I like Libby I just wish we could read them on our Kindle's here in Canada!
I just downloaded Libby and what a game changer!!!
If you're interested in Star Daughter, you should really look into Set Fire to the Gods by Sarah Raasch! Greek mythology tournaments!
