    "Full Bruno"😂 I've never thought to use crackle paint for corrosion. I've only ever used it for more obvious things like cracked ice, or dry mud. Great tips! (Pre sanding, chipping fluid, everything really!)

    Have you checked to see what the villainy inks look like over dirty down? Also since both VI and oil paints use the same thinners have you seen any neat tricks for layering or wet-blending them?

      I carnt see why i would need to put enamels over dirty downs. As it could reactivate the dirtydowns. However i think if left to dry for a long time u could layer over top. Also as oils and enamels are solvent based yes you could easily bland coulors, in-fact I actually do it in this video when i come to the streaking part. (Some of the coulors mix and blend)

      @@TheFeralPainter Thanks, I had thought those were all enamels (plus the DD)

      The dd is a water based product hope that helps thanks. I do have a dd masterclass on here if u want to learn more about it

      @@TheFeralPainter I just meant over the top once the DD was dry.... unless there are awesome effects achieved by failing to wet blend, I've seen someone mix spirit based products with blood for the blood god to get it to clump up in a very nice microdot pattern that looked like very in scale blood spatter.

    Noob question…Does one run the risk of having an issue if they apply the texture paint after the primer is laid down?

    • @TheFeralPainter
      @TheFeralPainter  10 місяців тому

      Nope… it will actually adhere better. However be mindfull if ur using colours after it. As for this i painted all in one go. (The rust effect) which acts as the primer. But nothing wrong with adding texture paint after. I do it alot

    Nice! Do you think this chipping fluid will work well to paint a Dreadnought in Grim Dark?
