If it's just to document your work and to give people a look into what it's like to do the work, then I see no problem in fewer, long-form videos. It seems like if you'd like to monetize in some way eventually, more, shorter videos might be the way to go. Whatever makes ya happy, I'm sure many will continue to watch regardless.
