We may have loved them. But think about the factor of. They didn’t have intrinsics back then. They were loved but they are legitimately half power of what we have now even if at pinnacle I believe.

That's true, but Stubborn Oak is a gun that Hawthorne gave us after we got to the Farm for the first time - and that reward was at a higher level.
So this 0 Power version is something he got via a glitch, that was possible in the past.
Same reason some of us have a 0 Power version of Horror's Least - because it was bugged for a time and it could drop that way from "The Corrupted" Strike (since back then it was an exclusive reward tied to it).

I just cleaned my vault out the other day... Had ships and ghosts in there. Use my 2nd and 3rd chars for storage. Still sitting at like 550/600

Unpopular opinion but since collectins, the only reasons you should keep exotics in your vault are if you dont want to infuse them to get them up when you want to use them (if ever) or if its an enclave weopon

Used this for motivation in the back when I was clearing my vault because half the shit he said applied to me, hit me hard when he pointed out the stubborn oak at 0 power and I’m still hoarding the 0 power travelers chosen damaged along with the 0 power armour set 💀

I don’t really play Destiny, but I still find this completely relatable and funny, as I’m a Division 2 player myself and this is the same exact type of meeting I’d have regarding my stash. The WORST feeling in looter shooters is deleting something that you thought was junk, only for it to become meta in the next update. That’s why I keep storing garbage and then forget about it.

I’m glad I kept as many sunset weapons as I could (that I actually did use!) as I’m now hearing that they’re going to un-sunset them. I still have a few Hawthorne’s Field Shotguns, lmao. Also Saint’s Perfect Paradox (I cosplay as him a lot!) my original Trust, some Leviathan weapons, and Scourge of The Past and some Black Armory weapons.
