I GET NO SLEEP I RELATE TO 6:05 SO MUCH 😂
0:52 that’s pretty much what my theatre group does.
4:23 makes me laugh because even though I'm extremely small I ended up lifting my male partner (also extremely small) in a dance sophomore year because he couldn't lift me
Do u know that song tho bc like it sounds so pretty 😂☠
Common types of theatre kids I've come across:
1. The Hamilton obsessed quirky girl
2. The one who's always the lead
3. The one who's basically the older sibling to everyone and is really talented and nice but you're too afraid to approach them because they're so cool
4. The one who doesn't try and you're not even sure why they auditioned in the first place
5. The one who quits after 1 rehearsal
6. The tryhard
7. Me, the one who nobody notices and everyone forgets the name of.

I'm running crew and sometimes I feel like I know the songs, scripts, and blocking better than the cast.
*I love these compilations with my whole heart*

Is that hamilton I hear!? ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Heheh I love Hamilton but only bc my names Eliza
As a band kid, hOW DID YOU KNOW THAT WE EAT THEATER KIDS?!?!?
“If you mess up your lines, they’ll feed you to the band kids”. 😂
I’m a theater kid...but my anxiety is off the charts, I haven’t been in a show since I went to high school, which was two years ago.
1:58 I need to go somewhere like that
Everyone singing songs from musicals!!!
As an art kid I understand, none of these
Oh dude. I'm an art kid, band kid and (just recently!) a theater kid. It's not that bad, well at least I don't think so. We haven't really done much in rehearsals yet
I’ve actually always wanted to be a theater kid, and it was my childhood dream job to be an actress, but then i realized I can’t sing... I still kinda dream about it tho 😂😅
Me at 1:24: Haha that reminds me of our lead for this years musical
*_Sees lead at _**_2:13_*
i kept seeing the theater tiktoks with prince ali and just thinking “i memorized this for the musical last year i can absolutely sing that”
I’m really good at acting but not really singing, so I always get main roles for plays, but only decent roles for musicals.
As a theatre kid *and* a band kid (yes, we do exist) I can confirm that there have been many meals between the two where we just ear someone that got kicked out of the other group.
Sleep? Who’s she?
We have a lot of explaining to do
Uhhhhhhh... i can’t explain... uhhhhhhh... *U SLEEP AT NIGHT IN A THING CALLED A BED*
Don't know, haven't met her. Sounds like a pretty important person, though.
I’m a band, choir, theatre ,and honor kid oooof 😂
This cured my Post-Show Depression, thank you!

“nonstop singing and random choreography”
MAN THE MAN IS NONSTOP
And then orchestra just chillin on there instruments scared and then evolving into just shielding the instruments
the "if it's not your prop don't touch it" is super accurate for me bc when we did high school musical my senior year, i was head props and literally every day i was yelling at people for moving the props around when it wasn't theirs
“Don’t cry because it’s over smile because it happened”
I am an athlete, honors student, and in theater. It's week two of rehearsals and I have already had several emotional breakdowns. Welcome to theater!!!
5:44 There are not regular theater kids because we are all weird
Mae Mitchum you forget the kids that always get ensemble
I'm "glad" that tech week being basically the apocalypse is a universal experience.
I KEEP SEEING THE SAME ONE THAT MY FRIEND MADE AND IT JUST MAKES ME HAPPY
Cool! Which one?
Which one
See, here’s the thing: I can’t be fed to the band kids. I’m one of them.
I really want to be part of the Hamilton thing, it looks like so much fuuuun!!
My school friends think I'm weird for being in theatre, but it's just so fun ! You literally make a family out of the cast and it's amazi.g for people's confidence. My friend has anxiety and social anxiety and now she is shining thru because of theatre
I DONT KNOW I HAVE THE FILES *AND* I HAVE THE INFORMATION TO DECODE IT
Well then decode the files ya idiot
Why is UA-cam Recommending these?
Jesus I know I’m a theatre kid but damn UA-cam knows my personality lol.
The Aladdin ones are freaking me out cuz I'm in Aladdin right now and tech week is tomorrow--
*When you’re a theatre kid and a chorus kid*
2:12 Invader Zim audio check ❤️💚💜💙👽
If anyone needs to know, blue is prone to help memory so use it when memorizing your lines! Don’t question it just do it!
PSA: I go to school with the kid at 1:26 and he is the most wholesome bro ever
When they dissed Be More Chill that mess hurt. BMC Got me into theater lol
1:55 aww man why can’t my school be that cool 😔
1:58 this was legit sooooo beautiful, I almost cried! I wish so badly that I was there😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
0:44 when your a theater and band kid
me, being a singer, gymnast, gifted and talented class, and theater kid at the age of ten, quarentine is like paradise
