I'm in UK and love anything driving, so I went on training on forklift operator counterbalance which I have done but get a job is a big problem as a beginner without no experience from company for 6 months to 1 year.so my question is does it mean that all forklift operator that got train needs to get 6 months to 1 Year experience before get a job because I don't get it.

In this type of industry most places will give you the chance as long as you know the basics which I showed on this video until they certify you. It is an awesome job!! But it goes with out saying you are outside dealing with all the elements so you need to be mentally prepared for that specially winter also is a fast paced environment work area but it is good money if you find the right company all of the companies do not pay the same. You can always get trained at the job if the company is willing to train which alot of companies are!!.

No the first time you train. You are ready to go and gain the experience as you go.
