Way more complaints of customer service after sale. More problems reported of shotty workmanship..leaking roofs, electrical problems, cracking drywall, doors not being square, cheaper materials.

If they all came with a basement for safety it would be a bigger business.
You can have them put on a basement! My uncle had one placed on a walkout basement.
We priced them out. By the time you pay to have them all set up and foe the land, you may as well buy a stick built.
You have to have land for site built homes, too.
Insurance costs way more for mobile homes.
