The Pasote Blanco’s aroma made me think of a hot August afternoon right when a thunderstorm starts to roll through. It is quite tasty and the mineralality is fantastic! Salad!
Perfect tequila (It´s felipe duh). I am a sucker for the more defined sweetness in the G4, but the more I drink the Pasote the more i all in love with it. It is the most dry Tequila I had so far. And I love it. I love that there also is the Terralta which is the most challenging one. Because of the deep well water it is more earthy and characteristic than the other two. I usually love spiky and more interesting taste profiles for learning, but for a nice relaxed evening the Pasote and G4 are just killing it.
Off Topic, but have you got your Hands on Sotol? (especially Hacienda de Chiuahua)What do you think, i personally am so hooked on them the only comparable enthusiasm was back when i first tasted Casa Noble Reposado Single Barrel.
Just recently finished a bottle of Pasote Blanco and really liked it.Definately will buy again !
