I really wish the washer door was easily reversible too…so that I could have my doors open opposite of each other and make transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer have no obstacles (doors) in the way. Swapping the direction of the dryer fixes 1/2 the problem…but the washer is still a pain.

Did it! All of five minutes. I'm thrilled with myself that I just made my life easier! Thanks to your simple explanation. AND I have a stackable washer/dryer so I thought while standing on a stool, it would be difficult to screw on the door .. since you noted it would be easier with help ... but it was a piece of cake on my own! Thanks again!

Just curious. If you swap the washer and the dryer, isn't it easier to transfer wet clothes from washer to dryer?

Nice , LG engineering you don't have to revers the door as well. On my older model I had to take apart the door to flip it. This one you just turn the door upside down.

I am so bummed! I was under the impression that I could change the swing on my new LG washing machine. Apparently that is not an option. Is that right?
Unfortunately ge seems to be one of the only brands to allow both the washer and dryer doors to be reversed.
I was able to reverse my LG dryer door but it's not an option for my LG washer either.
