As a revert to Islam, I do not understand how people can dislike any of Mufti Menk's videos or messages. Before I reverted i listened to him to gain knowledge and understanding. He makes it easy for non-muslims and reverts to understand Islam and gain knowledge.
It is very simple, there are people who hate Islam. That is the reality.

All the ones who start practising whether they are converts or from Muslim families are struggling with this. The more you turn towards Allah and the Prophetic teachings the harder shaitan will pull. It is a bit like weight lifting I guess. The more weight you lift the more you can gain, but also more resistance.

My limits are finished.But if smone gives up totally,after facing constant multiple shocks,tragedies,lost family,kids,Bank Vp grade job,home,wealth,,etc,,fallen frm top to zero,,practically these lectures work if you remain little normal,but if you are alone n no one is taking care then Practically you need a true strong caring person to take you out from this situation when u r stuck in room for a year,can,t change,can,t manage anything,can,t go in day light,health going worse,always live n die every second,no hope,no goal,no one comes to c u,then Even Doctors Counsellers say that you need a strong caring guardian to recover you....Respected Bro..Will you truly help,, ... Can u take me away,keep me along for few days to follow ur normal routine...😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Waiting 4 ur Positive reply

From a psychology perspective that I learned, whenever you have intrusive thoughts or 'bad' thoughts, just know that you are not what your thoughts are and it will only be true if you follow it through your actions. Same in Quran, where Allah won't record it as a sin, unless you do the wrong doings that you have in your mind.
Fighting it wont help as much either, in fact, understand why you have it, follow your moral compass, and let it dissolve. Let it pass. Know that you have control over yourself and stay in the moment.

@@malikzafar7232 hey, I'm really sorry for the late reply. I hope you're doing alright! Sounds like you're going through a rough patch of life. I can agree with what the counselor saying. It can be hard going through this alone. Having someone that you can trust, you can confide in, feel safe with, can be a boost in your healing process. I truly believe in that. And its a blessing from God if you have someone like that in your life, that can understand you and not giving up on you. I wish you well and hopefully you can have a person who is good for you later, be it a relatives, friends/community or spouse.
Don't give up. I encourage you to seek professional help and always ask for Allah's forgiveness and guidance. In the end of this life, we only have ourselves. Even if you have people around you, you need to start from you yourself. The change must comes from within. This world can be a difficult place for some people, can be a true chaos for some. One obstacle after another, and that is also what Allah wants, to test us. Trust that he won't test us something that we cannot handle. Whatever it is, believe in Him and yourself. You can do it. You can get back up on your feet and keep on living. Don't give up on yourself

the type of good deeds i do is that I love helping my mom i pray i stop fights but on rare occasions if i wake up late for prayer i don't pray but that happens to me rarely
