The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."

sunnah is the teachings of the prophet Muhammad may peace be upon him.. check out hadith Bukhari and hadith muslim youll find sunnah teachings from there take care sister u can download the hadith to your phone and read them
The Sunnah refers to the sayings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad and is the second source of knowledge for Muslims. The Prophet (S.A.W.) is a role model for all mankind till the day of judgement. Believers look at his Sunnahs and learn how they can implement the teachings of Prophet (S.A.W.) in their lives. Reviving or follow the Prophet’s sunnahs is a great blessing of Allah. As Narrated by Anas bin Malik,
Some common sunnahs:
Eating/drinking from right hand.
Wearing from right side of clothes first.
Saying Bismillah before eating and entering home.
Smiling is a sunnah.
Saying Salam to muslims whether you know them or not.
Doing ghusl on Fridays. And the list continues!
"The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said to me: 'Whoever revives my Sunnah then he has loved me. And whoever loved me, he shall be with me in Paradise.'" (Tirmidhi: 2678)
Dear sister, the sunnah prayers are those extra prayers that the prophet peace be upon him use to pray after and/or before every main 5 daily prayers. Although the almighty God had granted him all his blessings and bestowed his mercy upon him our beloved prophet wanted to teach us that our life is too short to fully recognise and thank the Lord for the riches and the blessings we enjoy in this world!!! Few extra short prayers that will bring us even more closer to our beautiful creator.
I need to give this message to Mufti Menk directly somehow, Mashallahhhhh Allah has blessed this man with such Wit and Humour which he uses so cleverly with such wisdom, it's truly a huge blessing from Allah that he is eloquent and can crack up a joke to make us learn and understand. It's so relevant for our times and our ultramodern minds for him to be able to put a message in our hearts and minds with the power of Irony that Allah has blessed him with. I'm a PhD in molecular biology and I'm always with overeducated people who are dreadful at efficiently delivering education to others.Truly a Blessing from Allah Sheikh Menk. I pray that you read this.

the 1st point was brilliant about "worship" that always been leave out in most lecture. a shallow mind with little knowledge think worship in islam is only zakat,prayer etc but reality is worship in islam is everything good work u do bcs of allah...remove stone from road,connecting with ur neighbor,keep hygiene,create robotic arm for people,fuel oil into someone car,teaching,greeting,smile,play football(care for ur heath) n when goal score u show the humble way to celebrate thx god, everything is a worship in islam.

The example of someone's vehicle breaking down reminds me of when a friend of mine and I got stuck in the snow while driving. It scared me a little but I prayed and a stranger showed up and pulled us out. We were free and went home in her car without any more incident.

omg im a Christian and cannot agree more about faith n god sending earthly angels and this story about a flat tire fits me perfectly. Just the other day on the way to work I had a flat tire. I was having trouble getting everything out oh, and I looked up to the sky and said God is there no gentleman anymore. As soon as I said that A car pulled over three guys came out and they started working on it and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. I looked up and said thank you God.

6 ways to earn deeds after death:
1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
3) Participate in building a masjid.
4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eats from it.
6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

Five Before Five
The Prophet ﷺ advised to:
“Take benefit of five before five: Your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before you are preoccupied, and your life before your death”
(Narrated by Ibn Abbas and reported by Al Hakim)
Your Youth
When were are young we have strength, enthusiasm and drive and putting those advantages in the path of Allah raises the individual levels.
The Prophet ﷺ has told us that a young person who grew up with the worship of Allah, will be among the seven who are granted shade by Allah when there no shade but His.
(Bukhari)
Your Health
No one can guarantee what tomorrow will bring. Our health is a blessing from Allah that we tend to take for granted.
The Prophet ﷺ said,
“Whosoever begins the day feeling family security and good health; and possessing provision for his day is as though he possessed the whole world.”
[At- Tirmidhi].
Your Wealth
We should all have some part of our wealth to invest in the hereafter. Helping the needy, providing for orphans etc. all these secure a spot for us in Jannah.
Allah has promised us that he will repay us more than whatever sum of money we spend for His sake:
Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned.
(Quran 2:245)
“The feet of the son of Adam shall not move from before his Lord on the Day of Judgement, until he is asked about five things one of which is his wealth and how he earned it and spent it upon…
(Al-Tirmidhi)
Your Free Time
Wasting time on idle things is not recommended in Islam. We should try to always fill our free time in the remembering Allah and being productive.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time for doing good.”
(Bukhari)
Your Life before Death
We are all going to die, It is an inevitable truth. And how we spend this life in Dunya(this world) determines our life in the hereafter.
Take advantage of your life before it is too late…
“If you could but see when the guilty ones are hanging their heads before their Lord, [saying], “Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so return us [to the world]; we will work righteousness. Indeed, we are [now] certain.”
(Quran 32:12)
May Allah bless us with all five so we can work harder to please Him!
