The only thing that would have made Bortus’s toast absolutely PERFECT would’ve been Klyden obnoxiously howling with laughter before each “all kidding aside” - like Klyden was the only one who understood the Moclan “humor.” It actually wouldn’t surprise me if that was actually in the script but cut for time concerns.
For real, it really means A LOT, she can only be outside her planet for a very short ammount of time every year and she used it to attend Claire's wedding, that speaks volumes
All kidding aside, Bortus' wedding speech is still only the second worst I have ever heard. That is not a joke. Also, I love that Isaac, despite being a robot with no discernable emotion or facial expression, is still clearly silently screaming to Gordon to save them from Bortus' speech!
They may not get back together, but it's great to see Ed and Kelly gone from being petty and taking jabs at each other, to enjoying each other's company again. But wouldn't that be a crazy opening for s4 we see them waking up in the same bed, with a hangover, after the wedding, then trying to keep quiet from the crew.
@@thegrimmretails3777you'll have to forgive me I don't quite understand your comment... Just pretend I'm like Isaac and I don't understand slang so could you explain what you mean by that comment.
He should forget her true colors? Selfish, self riotous, self absorbed, self centered. Fully willing to completely betray the deepest and closest bond she has in life. That is a sad joke to wish something that spiteful on the guy.
I love this show! The stories all have a lesson! I have gotten emotional several times watching this show! I didn’t know Seth was such an extraordinary story teller! So thank you Seth!
The finale has feelings of both "Star Trek: Nemesis" (RIker/Troi wedding) and "What You Leave Behind" (Bortus and Gordon substituting for Vic Fontaine). A good way to end the season (hopefully not the series) on a high note 😉
The Orvall just rubs their script writing in the face of Trek by openly having a better ideas of how things should be! Shame in Paramount for not allowing any creativity!
That’s Lysella, the character interviewed by the crew from the Majority Rule episode, the one with the absolute unstructured democratic society, to help get back Lamarr from capital punishment. She fled her planet to join the crew after the society went haywire
@@danijelnakic2825 The show had one big positive going for it: it wasn't Discovery, and the writers were not picked from the 'woke' crowd (they were liberal like old ST, but not totally obsessive over identity like the wokesters). They loved ST and it showed. But it also had one big negative: McFarland, a frivolous gutter humor writer. His writing skill has always been absent, just look at Matt Parker and Trey Stone's critiques (incredibly great writers). Look at everything he's written that's much longer than a TV episode minutes: it's all *horrible* . Season 3 grew to 60-83 long, cliche ridden, predictable as hell episodes. It had stretched MacFarland's writing gutter humor writing skills past the breaking point, and even he knew the jig was up.
@saracenii Nonsense. You can't just say that. Left wingers self identify as 'woke.' They have for a decade now,. It's a term they put on t-shirts and have very annoyingly claimed forever now. It has a specific meaning they defined that is NOT right wing in any way. No right winger ever has self identified as "woke." Stop lying.
I think it went up in quality. Season 3 dealt with some serious issues. I would have loved to see a season 4 and see where the story leads in reference to Anaya.
Bortus would joke Isaac would be a bad parent, but deep under that moclan thickness he knows Isaac was one of the people who helped Topa.
All kidding aside
Klyden is such a supportive husband!
He was cheering him on even though he bombed hard
yeah Klyden.............. or hes/shes much meaner than you think, I mean hes clearly the woman in that marriage lol

Super cool that Allara took her limited gravity time off to attend.
It means a lot.

"Hooray!" Haha I love how supportive Klyden is
I know! That was so dang cute lol
Klyden really loves Bortus. 🤗
😂😂😂
You mean after being an absolute dbag
You know it's bad when Isaac of all people is the one to speak up on Bortus's speech.
I feel bad for Bortus but he is just better at other things besides toasts, well done Mulloy 😂
YOU WILL BE SILENT!!!
Tbh he tried to be nice
🙊
That shit killed me 😂😂😂 had to pause because I couldn't hear the speech after
Even the Kaylon jumped 😂😂😂😂😂
I honestly thought he'd yell SHUT UP!
If Gordon's joke about the Kaylon was taken the wrong way, the war might have restarted right then and there! 😜
Never thought I'd cry over a wedding between a human and a robot... 😅😅😅😅😅
I’ve never watched this show and I’m crying
Did anybody else just melt when Kelly reached for Ed's hand and squeezed it? They seriously need to forgive and forget and get back together
I like that they’re not together but making it work personally and professionally.
Especially now that we know Kelly was essentially graped.

1:07 - 1:31 Bortus doesn't really have much bedside manner. He and the EMH Doctor would've gotten along well 😃😄
God I love this show. The beauty here enemies turned to friends if, only Charlie could see how much of impact shes had.
Same thought as when ever I see clips of this show
"Fuck I need to watch this show"😂
I miss alara she was a great character and honestly i would have prefered it if she came back

2:00 - 2:08 Are you sure you want to marry this toaster, Claire? 😄😆
1:40 Bortus use the force😂
04:48
I love the porndealer alien's laughter.
And Isaac's little eyebrows move.
And now we know where Kamal got her "together" speech.
Bortus: "this is such BULLSH*T" 😂
Malloy Did Isaac dirty with that recyclable Joke
That was a great ending. 👍
2:38 Issac is like please this wedding before the divorce comes.
YOU WILL BE SILENT 🤣🤣

The best toast ever😂😂😂😂

Amazing how all these aliens all sound and act like Americans…
Well it is an American show... 😂
UA-cam comments when a sci-fi show doesn't feature 357 fictional languages and accents.
Yes it’s a comedy parodying Star Trek, I should hope so
Oh no, a weekly TV series doesn't have a high quality writing and world building..
Universal Translator
Well, that was Malarkey
Sargent Malarkey
Alara
4:03 to 4:04 + 4:38 to 4:39 - is that Charly ? ? ?
Who is the Brunette standing next to the Kaylon
