I think she's a wonderful actress. Enjoy her acting in everything I have seen her in.
I love how she hasn't conformed to Hollywood's "beauty standards". She is absolutely gorgeous, a delight and seriously seems very grounded. I wish her all the best. (I also love her acting) I can't wait to watch this. I once interviewed a holocaust survivor in Thessaloniki (kounio heinz) where he had graciously invited me to his home, it has been one of my most cherished moments.
This needs to be watched. How hateful our world has become. These spoiled wealthy kids need to understand what they are protesting. Much love❤️

For of all I must say that Melanie Lynskey is a powerfully talented actor so I'm thrilled that she is a major part of this incredible project. The first time i saw her was in Heavenly Creatures and she's been outstanding ever since, even in sitcom work. But this show is amazing. A must see.

My first experience with the Holacaust was in the 5th grade ,I will never forget the films we saw I’m now 74 and it’s burned in my memory .
Several years ago myself and several of my colleagues vistted the Simon Weisenthal Museum in Los Angeles ,at the beginning of the tour we were handed a plastic card ,which we carried throughout the tour,the first thing we saw upon entering ,however were on of Anne Frank’s diaries.
At the end of the tour we were able to insert the card into a machine and a story of a holocaust person was given to us,I still have it to this day.
But what happened next I will NEVER ,EVER FORGET,we were able to meet a lovey woman who wad a during the holocaust,she spoke with us for a few minutes,then she showed us the tattoo on her wrist ,man’s inhumanity to man ,and its rearing its ugly hesd yet again in our troubled world .

I am a lot younger than you. I remember going to The Holocaust Museum in DC about 8 years ago for a school trip and doing something similar. Around the same time, a classmate mentioned he knew someone with one.
I see or read somewhere that family members of the Holocaust survivors would get the numbers tattooed as a remembrance and respect for those who survived and those who passed.
We visited a exhibit at a community College a few towns over from us when I was in the 8th grade. We were reading the diary of Anne Frank at the time in our social studies class and our teacher took us. The images and artifacts have stuck with me to this day. I remember thinking at 13 how can man kind be so cruel and hurt people out of pure evilness? Its a sad time that we are still seeing this happen some 70 plus years later.
She's a great actress. Had no idea she's a Kiwi because she does an American English accent so well! I remember when she started out years ago she was in several American TV commercials. Look forward to the movie ♥
