I can appreciate things about Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and even Kassandra's character grew on me a bit (though I still don't like what Odyssey did), but I'm hoping their next game will take Assassin's Creed back to its roots. Odyssey was the furthest away, then Valhalla tried to connect a bit with the older games by actually having Assassin elements, so I'm hoping the next game will be closer to its roots, like Origins
Valhalla felt like it had even less stealth then odyssey. First off other then having the hidden blade and putting a hood up odyssey had way more stealth kill animations. Also had better equipment to build for stealth. Valhalla is way more about the combat then stealth. Especially since stealth was fun in odyssey and in Valhalla it just felt tacked on to me.
@@altaiir8228 which is why I added my comment to the comment saying "Valhalla tried to connect a bit with the older games by having assassin elements" and saying Odyssey was the furthest away when in fact its the opposite.
It’s ironic that they included Odyssey in this trailer doing the leap of faith, but in AC Origins, they literally show the origin of the leap of faith was taught by Bayek’s father, and Origins was like 500 years after Odyssey. It’s so so so stupid.

Thank you all !
The nostalgia in this trailer is great, the music and lyrics from Aurora are fantastic! Can’t wait for the next game! This tune though is beautiful, love the Ezio’s family bit in the middle it’s class!
The brotherhood is a massive respect to the whole assassin's creed association like I love it
say anything about Ubisoft but you gotta admit that they make the best cinematic trailers.
Aurora with her hauntingly beautiful and mystical voice make this even better! Perfect!
Even though the last games haven't been of my liking, I still have hope, I hope because of the great stories that got built in previous games, I hope because of the characters Ubisoft created, I hope because of the world that they brought to life. Please don't disappoint, what happened to the love, instead of the cash grab.
The recent games werent that bad
I loved the recent games. They’re still made with love, just because you don’t like them doesn’t mean they’re cash grabs.
@@nomadaa5984 I agree, they were great, especially the odyssey. Some fans just can’t like the open world rpg feeling they were given I guess.
@@nomadaa5984 some aspects are made with love, not all of it. Also microtransactions are really bad in the rpg trilogy, especially valhalla so it is plausible to view the games as a cash grab.
Like I often say about those, they are great RPGs, but they are not great assassin’s creed games
this is one of the BEST AC commercials i have EVER seen HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!
Say anything you want, Ubisoft really knows how to make us all hyped..
"Decent work, Leonardo"
Just to then massively disappoint us with live service and microtransaction bullshit.
And more colectibles
Man that was amazing! Hit me with the nostalgia and chills all over! I hope AC Mirage can reignite this franchise. The previous two games were good but they can be even better so I am hoping for the best.

The Previous 2 games were good ?
Bruh
They were literal Garbage.
Origins was the last great Ubisoft game where they actually had put some effort
Lets hope they bring back to the old ways of Assassin's amd their creed with Mirage instead of Gods , Monsters and Werewolves
I wasn't a big fan of this roleplaying style of AC, they were pretty decent games on their own but they didn't "feel" like Assassin's Creed for me. I'd like to see the style they went with Unity and Syndicate to come back.
@@jani_koski I am gonna be so pumped if they decide to bring back the Unity / Syndicate formula, it worked so well
Sorry to tell you this mate but what I'm hearing is, Mirage was supposedly a dlc for Valhalla but instead wants it to be a standalone game so expect some bloated, unnecessary content like before I guess
Combine AC3 and AC Black flag combat with AC unity movement and hidden blade attacks with AC Ezio Collection story and you will get a masterpiece, that simple.
Not that simple anymore 🤣
That would be insanely good

The last film about AC was pretty big fail from Ubisoft
@@skargan1142 Nah. It wasn't a fail per se. It was way too short to tell the story it was trying to tell. You can't make a movie about something with such deep lore in under 2 hours. The movie should've been twice as long.

Thank you Ubisoft! With these games you made me like of studiyng history. I started to play Assassin's Creed when i was like in the 4th grade, and i'm from Brazil, so the history subject in school on these grades talk about indigenous people, and i don't like to study it so much. But when i see ancient Italy on AC 2 i started to love history.
The leap in which we all haid so much faith
What a franchise
I'll be dammed when my kid will ask me that what Assassin's creed was
And il answer him with proud that it was my childhood
I miss Ezio, Him and Desmond were the best characters in this franchise. No one was ever better than him. He should come back
I liked Altair more. Also, loved Connor.
Does that mean I'm gonna be crucified by Ezio fanboys now?
@Bill CIA Wilson Nah, all three are really good. Would personally like to see all three come back.
no one was better because no one got a trilogy except him
@@OverLorD768 I am not a fanboy, I do not even play AC. Just Ezio era was the best to me, game was best at its simplicity, I also miss old Hitman games
@@OverLorD768 nah but connor is so bad, man. really? Seriously why would you like a character as boring as him?
I love ubisoft even though it has flaws and mistakes! I grew up with these games and I still play them.
Tell that to Shadows.
Ubisoft is trying to win me over using my nostalgia. Hearing Ezio’s voice was the best thing in the video. But I’m still pissed that they’re shutting down their servers for AC Multiplayer and even single player games.
@@CinnamonToastKing it makes sense as Eivor doesn't like to hide in the shadows. It is not the way of the vikings
@@MSaleh-vy8rr I mean have you not been paying attention to the story? Hell I don't even think they know what they are doing anymore! It's turned into like some budget Kingdom Hearts level of bad story telling.

History is not a "playground", it's something that must be taught and respected. I'm sure Ezio would disaprove this quote.

In Korea, there were assassins called as '자객(Jagek)' who made the change of history. Some were hired, some were used and betrayed, some moved for their own, to save country against invasion like Japan. I've wrote some novels by myself and found them as attractive to write in.
I wish UBISoft makes some games about Korean assassins some day.
