Hearing Raafi shaab singing Our National poet Nazrul Islam’s song, I feel like I'm in heaven.
Though being a non-Bengali, Raafi shaab created those mesmerizing songs with full of empathy.

One is feeling of the song and the other one is the technical aspect of singing (sur etc.) One may have his/her favourite singer according to his choice which is ok but if we speak technically, Rafi Sahab is undoubtedly better than any other male or female singer. Although Manna dey is also a classical maestro and a legend singer but he's not as versatile as Rafi Sahab. That's why Manna Dey's "jinhen naaz hai hind per" from pyaasa movie was replaced by Rafi Sahab. Because manna Dey was unable to put the feeling in the song.Kishore Kumar may be your favourite singer but he stands nowhere close to Rafi Sahab in classical singing I think now it's clear that why Rafi Sahab is the best singer of all times.
