Love this beer and never understood the hate it sometimes gets. While it's a "cheaper" beer I still love it. It just tastes like "beer" to me and that's really all I care about. PBR, Miller High Life, and Coors Banquet will always be my usual go-to's. Great review.

I first drank this beer, in 1996. I always did notice the strange winey taste of it, and then I read the article where the company said that the use of Carlsberger yeast gave this beer a winey taste.

This is an ESPN instant Classic😁 I got a grin on my face like a kid at Christmas. I like my PBR ice cold almost like a slurpee, perfect right after cutting the grass. Pairs well with friends, tacos, and brisket! I gotta look into that Single malt in the meantime thanks for the good vibrations.

Started drinking Pabst cheaper sister beer Red White and Blue in 1977. New Years eve 1977 I bought it for 25 cents a bottle. Pabst was a little pricey at 50 cents. One of the best for a Summer day!😮
