I noticed you clicking in the dictation window a lot, so here comes a little IT Tip: you should use the „hidden dictation window“, (Einstellungen/diktierfenster) it will let you dictate and and even use voice commands while out of focus

Some cases has history of multiple Surgery like shoulder mri
No previous mri available and no operative details
In such case what you advise?
Also if I have to compare or cheching patient history it takes longer time
